Tisas NightStalker 10mm: Does low-cost mean low quality?!!

- Finding a 1911 in today's world means paying 8-9-1000 dollars. If you want one that deems "quality" you are pushing 1500-1600. Tisas has unveiled the
"NightStalker" and with it a playful price tag of 500.00....
Say what you want but having fun with a 1911 at that price comes easy!
Thanks for the New Video! We have been testing a few of these Tisas 1911’s too. 😊😎🇺🇸👍. Beretta Sr.
Thank you for watching
I’ve been meaning to pick one of these up, but I’ve been neglecting revolvers for too long, so I’ve had to put these on hold. But I’d love to get the Tisas Raider to LARP with.
@wheelguns4wheelmen802 do it lol
@@wheelguns4wheelmen802 Awesome! Yes Sir.
All Tisas Pistols since late 2022 have no MIM parts. I just picked up the MAC 9 DS aka 2011 made by Tisas and its been flawless. Trigger was a little heavy but I got it down to 3lbs after tuning the sear spring. 1400 rounds through it and its been flawless. Feels a lot like my Staccato C2.
Sweet I will have to check into those. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Gene that Tisas NightStalker really looks nice for the money...Have a great weekend...
Yes sir you as well
Appreciate the candor. Love my Tisas and don’t appreciate gun snobs who think that high price is the only way to go
Agreed!! Thanks for watching
Picked up my 10mm NS for $440 OTD!! Changed the grips to some G10’s right away. 400rds of nuclear hand loads, Grizzly and Underwood, no issues, except for the Tripp Research 9rd Cobra Mags. Factory and Delta Elite mags worked flawlessly. Cobra mags went back
They are a great value no question. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
If they've got one in a Commander size I'll have to check that out! Thanks for the video!
I’m not sure about that thanks for watching and for commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you have not already
I have this same gun. I thought the same exact thing in a skeletonized black trigger to match the aesthetics of the overall look.
Great fun it really is. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
You know what? Crazy as this sounds, Tisas has NO MIM PARTS in their 1911/2011s. This was a change for their guns after 2022
Yes, I mentioned in the video that they have forged barrels and I did hear on their newly released 2011 there were no MIM Parts I was not sure if that was the case on this one or not. Thanks for watching and for commenting, and please be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
And yet there is a recall on some of these guns including the night stalkers.Mine is on the recall list.Good guns but far from perfect.
Literally said it as soon as we uploaded the video that our comment section would light up with people telling us that it was under a safety recall. I’m still trying to figure out why they recalled it because we put literal hundreds of rounds through this gun, straight out of the box un-oiled and uncleaned, and it was completely flawless and accurate, and is feature packed for what I paid for it at PSA. They told me that there have been no reported incidents of negligent discharges or injuries due to this recall so it would make you wonder why did they recall it? I would say that it is out of an abundance of caution and a little bit of CYA. In my opinion, that is a very honorable thing to do and maybe Sig Sauer could take some notes lol. Thanks for watching and for commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
@@DukeTolgo every manufacturer has had recalls and bad batches. From what I’ve read, it isn’t a big issue either. They’re taking care of it
@@GSquaredTactical Tisas said that there were reports of some models (particularly 45 caliber) had hammer follow. Like you said, it’s out of an abundance of caution.
Nice gun. I'm a big fan of Tisas.
We are slowly becoming massive fans of Tisas. Great quality for a not so expensive price! Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven't already!
Nice looking gun. Love 10 mm
Yes sir
I have the same one chambered in 45 acp and gonna be upgrading the sear n such with wilson combat parts

I love Your Reviews. Which 10mm is Your favorite?
Well I haven’t had them all but I’d say in polymer handguns the FN-510 and in 1911’s the Sig Sauer Tacops. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Wish it came without the ceracoat.
Yeah but the finish isn’t bad. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Paid $599 for mine and still consider it a good deal. Haven't shot it and seen the recall a week after getting it and somehow I've gotten lost in the recall after sending in a photo of the serial number. Haven't heard anything and contacted them on facebook and have them checking on my status. Also picked up one of their R9 9mm carry 1911's and can't say the quality of it is not near that of the Nightstalker. The slide is loose and rattles, the grip safety rattles and the barrel moves a lot when I push down on it. New to 1911's so???
I would stay on them about the recall just to ensure yours isn’t one that’s on the list. It’s certainly a budget friendly 1911 but fortunately we didn’t have some of those loose issues you are having. I would include that in your warranty claim because 1911 are known for their tight tollerances. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven’t already
@@GSquaredTactical I plan to, but the fitment issues are with the 9mm carry model not the Nightstalker.
Mine 10mm nightstalker was under the recall. Just got it back from SDs and They said they replaced the trigger
@@GSquaredTactical Just got my Night Stalker back from Tisas. No mention of what they did but gave me a free magazine. Going from memory the trigger sure seems stiffer. I kind of figured that would happen.
@craigslue mine has a work order stating they replaced the trigger mechanism. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Would you also buy it for 1000-1500$ ??
I would probably, given all the features. That’s a really good question because the value buy would not be there anymore as the price would be higher. But it is a contender with those more expensive 1000-1500 dollar 1911s. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven’t already
Thanks for the answer. I am a subscriber maybe since 2021, but my second or fourth comment on youtube. I really enjoy your channel. Greetings from a turkish guy from germany.
Thanks for your support
Are you goin deer hunting with it?!!!
No sir simply doing a review even though I will likely keep it. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Better send in for the recall immediately!! Do not load or fire it!
lol. We put 480 rounds through this thing zero issues. Also there has been zero reported injuries or neglect discharges. This was done as an abundance of caution. However, I have sent it off should be back any day
The hammer following the slide forward could be considered a feature if you can hang on to it! Lmao😂
@grantdonley4014 that’s a feature for sure. I mean it never worked on my so it’s a feature I wasn’t able to utilize but a feature nonetheless
I think that's the model with safety issues from tisas. They make great guns but some have hammer follow
Yeah, I knew when I put this video up that our comment section would light up with people telling us it was under a safety recall. I literally just dropped mine off this evening with a two day air prepaid label they sent me and assured me it would be back within 7 to 10 days. We shot this gun a lot and it was completely flawless not a single malfunction and I have handled it a lot in my home with no issues and there have been no reported negligent discharges, and no reported injuries so I’m not really sure what prompted them to do this Recall I would say out of an abundance of caution and a little bit of CYA maybe Sig could take notes lol
@@GSquaredTactical yes tisas are excellent handguns for the money or in general. I agree ,I think they just wanted to be 100 percent on safety. I think is a good thing
@GSquaredTactical I'll probably also pickup the jsoc imported by MAC that tisas manufacturers. Tisas is killing the military clones and for excellent prices
Yes sir
This pistol is sexy.👀
Yes, it is extremely sexy and not in that heavily doctored Facebook photo kind of sexy like in person, sexy lol. Thanks for watching and for commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
Good video

They just had Recall issues 😭😭😭. But people 🤡 Taurus GX4 for having a issue no 1 can prove. I still Love Tisas kinda a Bummer tho. I want 1! 🥂👑❤️
Yes, I just literally dropped it off at UPS this evening they gave me a prepaid 2 day air label said they should have it back to me inside of 7 to 10 days. My feeling about it is that the reason they claim they needed to recall it would seemingly be a very dangerous one, but yet there have been no reports of anyone injured or any negligent discharges, so I’m not sure what prompted them to do this, but in my opinion is more of an abundance of caution than actually anything having went wrong because we shot this gun a lot, and I’ve handled it a lot in my home and there have been no issues. I think it was probably just a CYA thing. Thanks for watching and for commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
@@GSquaredTactical same thing with Taurus. It's been out 3 years! No One ever spoke on it or exposed it Faulty. Maybe at the factory they tried their best to actually make it go off negligently & they panicked which is RESPECTABLE. I just appreciate companies like them who ADMIT their short comings nothing wrong with it. Sig needs to take notes it's been 8 year's & their Still Malfunctioning regularly even New Designs and improved models... Tisas never let us down don't think they'll start.
I’m starting to wonder if the Night Stalked fire sale that was at PSA wasn’t a coincidence.Maybe they dumped potentially problematic guns on the market to move inventory before the voluntary recall notice became public. The more I think about it the more it looks like that’s what they did.
Well I’m glad I got in on it lol.
I definitely saw the warnings before I bought mine on psa firesale.
@anthonyyoung6433 I’m glad you were able to catch those warnings, did you get something else(
I called Tisas about mine today. The UPC fell in the recalled models but it was already updated before it left the factory for retail sale. So I don't think so.
You don’t think so about what?
