You may want to start doing a circle pattern on small driveways and patios. The owner of F9 products used to strongly suggest the method so in the case that the concrete was new, weak, or has a topical sealer on it. If you cut and leave lines. It will be less uniform and noticeable. You can also use that method to remove lines in certain instances of etching. I would just suggest an acid wash however.
HELLO!! We do use the homeowners water source. Typically our jobs will use more than our water tanks will hold on our trucks. It would also cost the customer a lot more money if we were to have to transfer water back-and-forth to their house to complete the job. Usually the homeowner will barely even notice an increase on their water bill. Once this is all explained to them, 99.9% of the time they will agree to allow us to use their water.
If it’s concrete, it is typically best to use degreaser, brush, and hot water if possible. In that order. Repeat the process as necessary. Hot water machine isn’t a must but it does help.
Do you know anyone that goes south to wash in the winter? If so how would you suggest doing that would you change your social medias and website to say what areas you service and at what seasons? For example I service southeast WI spring-fall and SWFL in winter months?
Hello, do you mean specially from any crew members here at Brown's? or just in general? We have some crew members that go help train people at our other locations that open up down south, but not just to go there to clean for the winter. At all our other locations in different states we go ahead and create a FB page with the city name on it and advertise what's happening in that specific city. You could easily do that. To keep things simple, I would keep your same telephone number and change the voicemail to let people know you are in a different city for the winter. If you are doing socials like YT, IG, TicTok, ect... I probably would not change them. I would keep it all on the same platform and just let them know in the videos where you are at and make it known what's going on if you were to move locations. Hope that helps.
Hi, thats called a surface cleaner that we are using to clean powered by a Honda GX-690 you can see run downs of how that all works from videos in the past on our channel. The chemical is SH aka sodium hypochlorite. Don't know the exact ratio mix in this video, but it is always mixed with water. SH is extremely potent stuff so never use it straight. We get almost all our equipment and chemicals from Absolute Chemical here in Nashville. If you have any questions about specifics they answer their phones personally and can answer just about anything you throw at them. absolutechemical.com
Hey Johnny. Its from Absolute Chemical here in Nashville TN. absolutechemical.com Feel free to call the guys too, they actually answer their phones and know everything about what they sell. 615-876-1400 Thanks!
Depends on the square footage, difficulty of the job, and also how dirty it is. These prices are literally different for every job we do but those are the 3 things we base it off of. Thanks
@@BROWNSPRESSUREWASHING Wow thats quick. Here in Australia offering to pressure clean 3300 square foot for 250USD for local dentists. Home maintenance isn't really a big thing over here so thats my only luck. Maybe I'll try handing out fliers to wealthier neighbourhoods.
@@js2sgamer951 Oh Wow, Australia! :) Thats very interesting to know. Yes, targeting the right demographic is an important piece in sales. The best of luck to you!
@@js2sgamer951 Thats awesome that you are out there working at 17!! Keep it up and work hard! :) We would suggest as professional as possible. If you own and run a business you want to be presentable. If you take your self seriously, other people will start to take you serious as well. Obviously you are in the learning stage and figuring a lot out about business and lots of different variables out on different job sites but thats ok. You have to start somewhere. :) If your customers ask questions and you don't know the answer just be honest with them, and go figure it out. Hope this helps.
Gully, it depends on where you are! Depending on where you are you might have to collect and reclaim your dirty water. If it’s just water you’re alright to just surface clean and let it drain into the yard
Nobody reclaims their damn water, you go buy a giant rig to collect that water, and see how your pricing gets affected. Also enjoy daily runs to the processing facility wherever that is
You deserve a raise for this video
That price is the going rate nowadays. Not bad.
Thanks Michael, appreciate the feedback!
