I have had Maharashtrian friends and had observed their diet as much as you have described. Now that I am abroad, I can’t enjoy our Indian stuff. Through our Indian diet I still keep awaken most of the things but most of the times I don’t get the ingredients needed . What do I do in such cases. We don’t eat junk food. I am taking medicines which get me constipated. What do I do in my case. I love to listen to you and the mixture of languages and you remind me of my beloved Maharashtra and my Maharashtrians.
