This is a gorgeous house from the outside, but on the inside is a completely different story. I do like the kitchen and the den/family room. Other than that, everything else is simple, but nice just not nice enough for $500+. Great virtual tour ❤
@ElisaHampton-xv7lg You make way more money in California, but you will definitely not be making that kind of money in Georgia. Be prepared for a pay cut. And that's what a lot of people don't think about before relocating, the pay and jobs 🤔
now whomever built this house. did an awesome job. this would be the perfect ideal house for me. from outside to inside. everything inside is perfect accommodating, accessible. love the master on the main level. I don't like steps but this would be an exception. love it.
If one were to do a comparative analysis of the average residential structure square footage in America in 1963 for a family of five to the same in 2023 for a family of five, you would see that the area measurements have more than doubled over that span of time. Family dynamics used to be thoroughly interwoven and interconnected. Despite all of our modern creature comforts dispersed out across larger and larger homes, the rates of anxiety and stress continue to skyrocket. It seems ironic that as our level of material comfort trends upwards, our quality of cohesive family and relational interaction spirals downward. The suburban homes shown on this channel are beautiful to the eye. They consume more and more square footage with each passing year and yet, just past that thin outer fascade of wealth and prosperity, I hear the cries of lives burdened by onerous debt held at bay only by a tenuous income. If ONE thing goes wrong with the household income, the whole "house of cards" implodes. The humble, fully renovated ranches, bungalows, cottages and the like that you show on this channel harken back to a simpler time and place where we may not have lived in exspansive homes, but we had far less stress and more love. That is why I appreciate your "Real Atlanta" series. Those homes are modest. They are the remnants of a time long since past, but they remind all who are discerning enough of a better family and societal dynamic that is too rare to find nowadays, if it even exists any longer at all.
What a perfect home to have. Love the space in between of each house. But definitely would cut some of the trees along the driveway to get a better visual of the home.
I LOVE THIS HOUSE! Very secluded, a wonderful plus! Brother Riley I pray you sell this house immediately 🙏🏽 Great property for a pool! What's the HOA cost monthly or per annum?
Nice home love the space between other houses . Do you have any homes for sale in the Douglasville area ?. No HOA everything on one level with a basement 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths nice large kitchen with walk in pantry would love to know.
I like this house but for half a million I expect much more. To me I wouldnt pay more than 400K for this house and thats being generous. It probably cost them 275K to 300K just to build it. 375K to 380K max is what it really is. Georgia homes are way over priced. Can take that same 500K and just about get a mansion in Texas. Its ridiculous. If Im spending 500K on a house, it has to have a pool and definitely a fence.
This home is spectacular, definitely not worth rhe asking price should be more. In California the land alone would be one million The neighborhood looks nice and peaceful. I would add a pool
The lot is beautiful, but the home is underwhelming. Tight front entry/foyer, awkwardly shaped secondary rooms, small master and a dated fireplace. The floor plan could've been arranged differently for better usage of the square footage. Also, at this price point, secondary showers should be tiled. #JustMyTwoCents

❤
There is no back splash in the kitchen for over half a million 🤔🙄
In my city, this size home on 1.7 acres is a steal at 564K. It would go for way more.
On California this so called cheap looking home would easily be over one million

Nice when homes are not 12 inches apart.
Beautiful property!
My man, this is an awesome home/ property. Loved everything about it. The property 👍🏿👍🏿

Simply beautiful home
Great showing king 👑
The pantry and all the closets were a nice size and the bedrooms were a nice size as well.
Master bedroom too small.
Now thats ideal. A Community Neihborhood, But not crammed together. Gorgeous.
Laminate flooring ? Plastic tub / showers ?

Love it
It’s an ok home but for ove $560k I expect more.
Nice house but the master bedroom and closet are too small for a primary bedroom.

Beautiful home. Is primary bedroom being on the main floor and all the other rooms upstairs a thing?

Nice video. Not crazy about the front entrance.
The bathroom right in the front... I'll pass
A wall in front of a staircase and a tub by the toliet . All that yard space just to feel crowded and stuffed as soon as I walk in
Good price.

That is a great fireplace. What kind of material is on the floors?
Love this property…only issue is the stove wall needs a backsplash
Beautiful home inside and out, but personally it's missing my formal areas and loft, and I don't care for the master on the 1st floor.
This home is spectacular, definitely not worth rhe asking price should be more. In California the land alone would be one million The neighborhood looks nice and peaceful. I would add a pool
I would definitely like to see some thing like 2500sf low 5’s
Hey, this is a beautiful home i would buy it ❤
Beautiful home... not worth $500,000

Definitely not worth the hefty price tag. Looks cheaply built
Some of the finishes are cheap, but the home doesn’t look cheaply built. I hate the tub/shower drop ins and wire closet racks.
@@stonedog23I thought it was better than just a shower option 😊
Do you have any Rentals
Price?
Has this home sold yet
This home should be priced for between $485,000-$499,000.
Ship lap needs to leave the building with barn doors
What credit score to have
This is a custom home with all the builder grade material.
Somebody taking a #2 in the front bathroom gone be the first thing you smell coming in the front door 🤣
Lord have mercy 🤦🏾♂️😂
@@raymondrileyjr😂😂
This home is not custom designed it's not worth 500k it's too many wire baskets in these closets, and it depreciate the value of the house
One piece bathrooms are not custom built homes to me, disappointing
Awkward made bedrooms Small master bedroom There's no living room or dining room I'm old school beautiful on the outside but not so in the inside
This is way out in the boonies
Basic house for over 500k..not worth it at all.
