This is the exact same floor plan that Raymond Riley Jr. showed on his channel yesterday. I liked his home a lot better. The lot was spacious and flat with the exception of a slight grade on the front side of the house. The home he showed did not have a basement, but it did have a outside enclosed sitting area. I am in the market for a new home but these prices are crazy. Most people cannot afford at these prices. You know who can? Institutional investors. That's who is snatching up most of these single family homes. Making it harder for the average person to compete. That's why you are seeing these prices skyrocket. Domino effect. Tom sold his house for 150k-200k over what he paid for it. Now Bill wants the same or more. With high inflation and high interest rates. Good luck. Please don't mention rate buy downs. Prices need to be reduced period.
Hello! Well there are many options for new homes that are a little more affordable in Mcdonough. It all depends on what you are looking for. You have to get a monthly payment that you can afford. Once you do that if the rates go down, refinance. If the rates go up, you are locked in and comfortable either way because you are building the equity for yourself at a payment you can afford.

I prefer dark cabinets (espresso). Would have loved a staircase leading to the back yard from the deck. Don't care for downstairs master bedrooms either. At that price, basement should be finished. Beautiful trey ceiling in the master. Would have loved his and hers closet also.
