Great video!! I just wish that one of these developers would go back to building homes on 1 acre lots and with better building materials. Once a price reaches an almost $400,000 price point I want 4 sided brick and dont want to go out into my backyard and see neighbors in a cookie cutter house right next to me. Just so done with all of the cookie cutter developments out here in the Atlanta metro.....everyones home just should not look alike!!
Thank you! I agree completely. Unfortunately, developers are placing as many homes as possible on a track of land and not giving the end buyer much variety to choose from. This community does offer some of the larger lot spaces that I have seen in a while, but still not as spacious as some people would like to see at that price point. Thanks for the feedback much appreciated!

If you have kids and value their education, the school system in Henry and surrounding counties are not good. They rate 5/10 and below. I made the choice to build in north Georgia where the top systems are. McDonough always puts up Nice homes though.
The traffic in this area is an utter nightmare...the region has been built over the last 5 to 10 years to accommodate warehouses and distribution centers galore with thousands of construction vehicles and tractor trailers flooding all roadways,all the time.
Agreed. There is a lot of expansion happening in this area. Traffic can be rough.
The model home is always the best this is the 900k model

And wow that's second unit had to come in add I cannot believe it. I helped my friend move out of his house. He lived in mcdonough it was renting a house in short enough this is the exact exact floor plan every single part matches I knew exactly what it was going to be so now I wonder if that was the same builder or same neighborhood. ❤
