Something I didn't know at first: Pressing the run/dodge-button ONLY will let you slide down ladders fast. (I pressed run+down initially, like in Elden Ring, but that doesn't work)
Fans of Dark Souls (of which I am one) like to say that it is tough, but fair. If you die, it's your own fault. There are two exceptions to this. One you just encountered. Ever for veteran players that fight is not a guaranteed win. The other one you won't see for a long time yet.
Tbh that makes sense for the dark souls world. It is definitely a skill development issue and I don’t yet have them. But I will and I can’t wait 😊 thanks for watching my dude 💪
