So I have to tell you that since Isa’s this tutorial, I make homemade mash in my crockpot multicooker all the time!! Thank you , thank you , thank you for this!!! So yummy ❤️
This comment just made my day!!! You are so kind and I feel so blessed hearing that the time and energy I put into this channel has helped! Even if it is “just” a side dish! Lol 🥰 Thanks again for the continued comments and encouragement!
I wish her website was still up, but I guess it just got too expensive to run. That is one thing I really liked about her, she was not out to make a quick buck but to really help people. I am going to miss her website and her recipes, I was so lucky to have found some that I could understand and do on a budget.
YAY! Thanks so much for the comment and letting me know. I am SO glad you enjoyed it. I am working hard to create these recipes! Please let me know if there is a specific dish you would like a video of in the New Year!
Hahahaha! You and me both!!! Thanks for the comment and for watching! Let me know if you have a specific "thing I shouldn't eat" you would like to see here in 2019! Merry Christmas!
Thanks. I just tried them. I sensed that adding water to cover the potatoes would be too much, so I brought it up to where I could see the water through the potatoes. That was still too much, unless you want to ship them, then cool them so they stiffen
Hi Dear. Can you give me two recipes. One, hot wings Two Barbecued drums and or thighs. I love ❤️ your channel. You've helped me out so much. I listen, look and follow your leads and they work great Ty DT
Hi Nina! Release the pressure/steam instantly means twisting the valve to the venting position to let the pressure/steam out immediately. Another way is to do a natural release for other recipes such as when cooking meats, etc. Hope that helps! 😊
If you don’t want scratches make sure to always use silicone or wood and transfer before mixing. I just prefer to keep things as simple as possible, so I just try to keep from touching the sides and bottom with the mixer. I'm all about convenience, but do what works for you.
Leigh Sutherland Hi! The reason I say 5 lbs specifically is because Yukon golds and baby reds come in a 5 lb bag that is convenient and super cost effective! If you make 2-4 lbs the TIME still stays the same (whatever the type of potato) as long as you follow the recipe! 😉 Thanks so much for watching and asking such an important question! Enjoy!!! 💖
Thank you! After four months I finally used my Express! I made the mashed potatoes, but added too much liquid. I just drained some of it before mashing, and they tasted great. You are the only youtuber I have found who adds all the ingredients before cooking the potatoes. I think it makes sense to do it your way! Thank you for replying.

I just made them, myself and it was too watery for me ..
In the uk our butter comes in bigger blocks so how much did you put in
Hi Anne! Thanks for asking. One whole stick (or melted is 1/2 cup) in US is equal to 4 ounces or 113 grams. I hope that helps!
@@crockpotempire that's great. Thank you very much.🙂

What do you mean when you say release the steam instantly?
Hi Nina! Release the pressure/steam instantly means twisting the valve to the venting position to let the pressure/steam out immediately. Another way is to do a natural release for other recipes such as when cooking meats, etc. Hope that helps! 😊
Arent your process of mixing the potatoes scratching the surface of the coated non-stick bowl?
If you don’t want scratches make sure to always use silicone or wood and transfer before mixing. I just prefer to keep things as simple as possible, so I just try to keep from touching the sides and bottom with the mixer. I'm all about convenience, but do what works for you.
If making less than 5 lbs of potatoes, do I cut the time? I am finally using my machine.
