Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Is it always one cup of vegetable broth if we use more or less potatoes. When and how do we add garlic?

I've heard others rave about their Instant Pot mashed potatoes. I wonder if one can do that with cauliflower too?

Yes. The trick with cauliflower is to cook it with 1 cup of water in the bottom. Then pour off all the liquids. Then add whatever you wish to mash the cauliflower with.
If you mash the cauliflower in the liquid that is in the pot it will taste to strong of cauliflower.
