    Watching you struggle a little at the beginning with retracting the safety cover made me smile. That's the realistic way this job gets done in my shop. :) Thanks for the video.

    If ever there was a “figure it out as you go” video, this is it. Half way in: “oh yeah, unplug it so you don’t cut your hand off.” How many men are walking around with missing fingers because of this “tutorial”? 😂

    Thanks for the video. Previously, I unfortunately removed the screw you mentioned not to and ended up screwing up the guard/ shield. At least I've got the blade installed correctly now.

    Any tips for when the nut is super tight?

    • @Abi-yt4te
      @Abi-yt4te  3 роки тому +1

      Use a penetrating lubricant such as wd40. A light spray or two around the circumference of the nut and wait 5 minutes. Remember to loosen clockwise!

      @@Abi-yt4te It's a bolt, Not a nut and you don't have to take that 1st screw all the way out, just enough to get that tab past, on mine after I removed the blade the washer on the inside and a silicone or Teflon washer both fell of at the same time and I didn't see in what order but yours didn't fall off which is what I was hoping to see, Anyway Thanks for the video !

    How do you like that Diablo blade?

      Awesome you barely feel what you're cutting. Just last night it went through a really old piece of wood that had nails and didn't realize nails were there to after the cut was made. Glass smooth cuts.
      PS DON'T use on galvanized steel, like the poles used for a chain link fence.
