Dump the flip flops for some steel toe boots and toss the wheeled carts and cinder blocks you're using for some proper jack stands, and automotive dollies. Both are very inexpensive and could save you from an immense amount of pain and massive blood loss.
First off, how do you know what to pull off and when? Do you keep track of where every bolt/screw was pulled from? With the speed of this video it seems so hap-hazzard. Also I cringe every time you snip wires or cut bolts but Im guessing you have a plan in the near future for that stuff, right? right?
