In this tutorial, I'll show you how to remove shadows in Affinity Photo. To do this, we will brighten the image with a Curves Adjustment, and then control the Adjustment with Blend Ranges and a Mask. - Навчання та стиль

Regarding creating a video to teach how to remove hard shadows from a photo
My pleasure! I'm glad you liked the video 😊
👍👍👍
😄
Definitely the way to do it Ally - must try that sequence.
BTW - a question for you - I notice your tutorial videos are generally not only good quality but despite that, very economical for size. Do you use extra compression before uploading and if so - what method do you use? Thanks as always :)
For UA-cam, I don't do anything special. I export my tutorials from Final Cut in H.264, and then upload it to UA-cam.
But on my website, I compress my courses' videos for students to download. I run all the videos through the default settings of Handbrake, which generally makes the videos about 90% smaller. 🙂
Thanks Ally - well your YT videos certainly are very economical on size. I use Handbrake too at times but not sure I'd manage 90%. Thanks a lot. :)
Ally & Ezra, I can’t help but feel overshadowed by your talent!
We'll see who's talent is overshadowing whose after your art class 😉
