- You train hard in the gym, pushing weights, gaining muscle mass but on the field the way you can absorb force (aka your body to change direction OR an opponent that's trying to crush you) will make a HUGE impact.
Here's how to mimic it in the gym so you can transfer it effectively on the field and crush your opponent.

Was just talking to my brother about I, Bodybuilder, and got to discussing how you're still the best and always looking for innovative ways to succeed for individual specific needs.
Thanks coach!

Hello. I have heard about overspeed eccentrics from Louie years ago, but this explanation made so much more sense. :)
It's the accent LOL
Another top-notch topic, well explained.
Good stuff, actually very very exciting stuff!👌👍
Thank you Christian and team.
Nice! 💪
Check out the Bilbo Method "Método Bilbo"
(he is from Spain) this guy does 150kg. Bench for 36 fast explosive reps. He's 46 now days. He just beat his Pr. 240kg Rm. 100%Raw, no spotter, o belt, no elbow or rists compressing pads.
🙏💪
Never head of hum but I'll be sure to check him out, thanks
Thank you, coach!! 🙏💪
I recently found your channel and follow a few of the principles I have seen because they make sense and I wanted a change but to be honest I don't think I would do this especially for bench press for fear of a pec tear. In normal benching I almost pause at the bottom so as not to "jerk" on the tendon as I change direction with the bar..any thoughts about my fears?...Best, Steve USA
Understand that this is for athletes, not strength or hypertrophy. It's also done progressively, only in certain phases of the plan once the structures to withstand this have been developped
