@@CunningLinguist01 Havoc XE. Both are good planes, but I thought the XE handled a bit better, at least for me.
Man forget the crash, it was one of the sickest flying displays up until that point. Pilot Ryan got the moves!

This is true. However, I would be concerned less about how low you fly, but more about the number of "G's" you pull on tight, high-speed turns or on high-speed pullups. I've seen a couple of these shed partial wing/ailerons and/or horizontals doing maneuvers like that. Food for thought. I have no idea, of course, what was done (or not done) during their build/assembly process. Yes, the plane may very well come almost all ready to fly. But even "well-built" planes occasionally will shed parts if pushed to or over their limits. Considering what these things cost (incl. all the radio gear, etc), is it really "worth it" to "push it"...?? Food for thought.

Now that kind of flying is what I’m talking about. That’s how crashes usually happen. This video was real brother! During your flying I had 3 instances in my mind where I would of crashed and you didn’t 😂. Now, the question is, can the futura v2 fly like this?

Yep, definitely was the electronics! Glad you could laugh it off though!! I remember wrecking a Piper Cherokee on its second flight many years ago and just had to shrug it off and build the next plane. Those were the days before ARF and BNF so it was a bit more of a downer.

It’s on its way😍. It was a tough one. I wanted the f16 thunderbird but I also wanted 10-12 minutes of flight with a 7000mah so we shall see and some throttle management. Oh and I like flaps. Jets are made to go fast, but some smooth slow flights are nice too. The havoc also has a very large flight envelope as well. Like your vids man! Thx

That is the craziest I've ever seen you get on a maiden. You were definetely flying it like you stole it. Fun jet, I'm enjoying mine. Sorry for the crash but it was a fun video to watch. Just a note, tail heavy is not the way to go with this one.
Going up inverted and letting it fall over the top caused mine to spin. Luckily high enough to recover easily. But yeah, It'll get unstable especially slow or too much elevator.
Ryan, nice flying and check out of maiden, As far as the second flight, been there, done that!!! Just check up these videos for us less daring pilots.

What an aircraft, you flew it to points that i was impressed the wings didnt fold....full stall surface type post stalls falling in style recovering in a controlled glide is awesome to see.
Made it look like it handled like a wild hare 28% Edge 540 84" older school plane...3.2 Brison...yessir.
the sound of it with no power in a wind whistling glide sounded AWESOME.....
Every noise it made you flew it to on that egde was best flight demo on this plane I've seen.
The entire video rocked man.....i wont spoil no ending for those aint made it that far yet LOOOL.....its great I'll just say.

Looks like Murphy's law caught up with you. Great and Brave video. Those flyovers are wonderful. you have to be a risk taker to capture the Shot as a photographer and RC pilot myself. Looked like it could of used some hard up elevator just before the crash but I think the jet was flying faster than thought process, eye movement and reflexes. Great flying but scary. Had to plug in my heart monitor.
Reading the thread on RC Groups, there are issues with the Aileron servos locking at the extreme throws. Just like this looks like it did.

That was extremely impressive flying until it wasn’t😜 I’ve only flown mid sized 4 prop drones thus far; can’t imagine flying a jet and executing maneuvers at the speeds you’re flying, wow!

LoVe this model but never like the e-flite/Spektrum digitals which is what I imagine this is equipped with. It seems to fly well so maybe they've improved their digitals. In the past though they were very jittery on my old Eflite Ultimate . Had to replace with Futabas. Great flight review!.
That’s why I never fly beyond 3mins & 30 seconds. That’s exactly the time length of the average song . I try to choreograph maneuvers to coincide with the beat & by the time the song is over I’m landing. Just enough time for a good high energy performance . Beyond that I get crazy , stupid & stupid & crash.
Good or bad, I’m extremely excited that it is arriving tomorrow. May get two maidens in.

Been out of the hobby for a few years, can't believe what rtf has become, great flying plane for sure basically out of a box. I also rekindled with that totally unexpected sudden doomsday feeling ...lol.. I might've to settle on something a bit more forgiving for a come back! Any recommendations? Still have my glow models but want to try the clean electric stuff. Thx for a great video review.

Nice monkey pants. Sometimes I go to the field and I'm flying like this. I call it "fast and loose". I've learned that when I'm flying fast and loose, it's time to land and call it a day. I usually don't make this realization until I've had several close calls and tried to settle down a bit. Usually I can't make myself settle down and I just land, hang out, and Bullshit with everyone instead of flying anymore. Plane looks fantastic though.
