Hehe, when you finished the part the first time, I was thinking "hmm, not sure what the drawing specified, but if I had designed this part, I would have put a fillet between the flat and the cylinder". Easy enough to miss when going as fast as you are and also teaching us at the same time.

I think picking a vertex will save me a lot of time. on my extrudes. I tried the top down approach you used for this. I liked it. I typically use the front plane for everything and will generally split the part into halves with 2 planes whenever possible.

hello , thank for all your works, I am cad teatcher , i am writing to inquire about the technique you used to create an outlined version of your presentation image like this video. I was impressed by the way the outline highlighted the edges and contours of the image, and I am interested in using a similar technique in my student to attract them for givind a good work.
I was wondering if you could provide me with some information on the process you used to create the outlined effect. Specifically, I am curious about the software or tools you used and any techniques or settings that you found particularly effective.
If you could share any resources, tutorials or guidelines that you used or recommend, I would greatly appreciate it. I am always eager to learn and explore new techniques to enhance my work, and I believe your experience and expertise could provide valuable insight.
Thank you in advance for your time and help. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

I created the round part than made the front profile and then cut out the through hole and the tombstone.
