guruji early morning i take 2 glass hot water than after 1 hour i take 2 to3 banana at 8 oclock ,at 10:30 i take 1 roti 2 cups sabji or massor daal or moogdaal or chanadaal or mix daal ,chole,kidney beans add only (haldi mari, black salt & ghee 1/2 for tadka & jeera & some times i add all mix sabji like roots & stems grinded of green corriander,onion ,carrot, cabbage, broccoli,sparagus ,1cup any daal ,1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,curry leaves, 1tsp kasoori methi)twice a month i take tuvar daal since i am guju i add stevia leaves powder1/2 tsp,no gud or sugar then evening or at4 oclock i take some roasted peanuts or roasted chan with mumura or mix nuts or again 1 fruit ...16 hour fasting 9using no garam masala ,no imli lemon or dahi only Acv suits me..when i take dahi or lemon juice dusre din beccheni hoti ..& i have vomit...than only i fill better, if i take imli i get knee pain so now i use only Apple cider vinegar home made ..to fermantate like pizza dough, dhokla,& all other food . i had 3 1/2 number & now only 1/2 number i left my vision is clear now.....I add lots of green ,veggies , fry samosa kchori & puri in homemade ghee ..(remove seeds of tomatoes,cucumber & eggplant it is too acidic)

(4) aadha-ek ghanta baad kabhi roti,,,kabhi Sirf koi fal,,kabhi sattu,,,esi tarah bss...
(5) lunch m mujhe thodi problem ho jati h....humara chhota dhaba h esliye Hume khana khane m thodi let ho jati h... To main na Thode chaval+moong dal aur 2-3 Sabji dal kr sab saath m paka leti hoon ya Fir kabhi ek roti saath m dal aur salad Bs....
(5) sham ko kabhi kabhi chhut jata h,,,chai nhi piti,,,migraine h,,to kuchh biscuits khaa leti hoon ya Fir chuda bhasa khaa leti hoon..
(6) raat ko main aate ke saath hi koi Sabji dal deti hoon aur roti paka kr khaa leti hoon... 1 ya 2
(7) Doodh to mujhe Bahut pasand h.... Pehle piti v thi lekin kuchh dino se nhi piti hoon..... Mujhe na kaph Ki Bahut problem h.....Maine dekha h agar m koi meeta ya Fir doodh piti hoon rat ko to mujhe kaph aur jada ho jati h.... Aur doodh agar piyun to v problem... Kabhi kabhi thik se pet nhi Saaf hota....
Meri ye Jo diet plan h ye Maine 1-2 m change kiya h....pehle main kuchh v ulta pulta khaa leti thi....
Aapne Jo bataya wo main kal se follow karungi......lekin main dahi nhi khati bachpan se hi,,, smell se ulti lagti h... Aur chhanch to milta hi nhi humare yahan...

Diet plan is :
1.) 2 glass water,
2.) 30 ml wheet grass after yog
3.) After 1 hr, 1 glas water with 1 spoon apple cider vinegar
4.) After bath : 10 badaam + 2 akhrot + 1 anjeer bhigoye huye.
5.) 2 parantha stuffed, each cooked in 2 spoon ghee.
5.) b.) Tea after 1.5 hour.
Water intake before next meal
6.) Lunch 2 or 3 fruits, followed by sweet neembu pani.
7.) Evening 1 spoon pumpkin seeds.
Water intake
8.) Dinner between 6 to 7 pm. 2 roti with either sabzi or daal.
9.) 9 pm . Milk

Namaskarji. Main raat ko paneer khati hun taki neend achhi aye. Aapne normal young logon ke hisab se theek bataya hai. Dalchini raat ke khane mein bhi neend deti hai. Raat mein gehun ki roti neend deti hai. Soup raat ko theek hai. Agar daal mein ghee nahi dalein, aur roti kum ho, to halwa ya kheer suit karti hai.
Bones weak hain. Neend kum aati hai. 1 dana bhi saunf kabz karta hai.
Sukha dhaniya powder achha nahi lagta.
Morning - Green tea, poha/wheatflakes +milk+banana +dryfruits/Masala oats.
Noon - brown rice /daal /Raita /sabji
Evening - Makhana /rosted Chana
Dinner - Roti /sabji.
