      It tends to mean you are extra sensitive to hypnosis. That can be a good thing when used to ease anxiety and pain for example. It can help you gain a little more control.

      Not it's probably more to do with the practice,hard effort and work they put in to learn and share this stuff. If "god" cared you wouldn't be that way to behind with. Christians are so unbelievably selfish and arrogant and I thought this stuff was demonized. Anyway. ???

      +Benji Sprecher Well, I don't think he should or would do that. Other things, such as this are perfectly fine to upload online, but it get's more complicated with stuff like that. Especially since there are people were it could work the wrong way or peope could get a panic attack, depending on what they've gone through. But honestly, I dunno if he could upload such a video. I hope you see my point. You can never know what some people have experienced, that would watch this video and what they would feel while in trance. I think, if people got a big issue, they should rather go to a hypnotherapist :3

    I don't know if it's anxiety, having a cold, the fact that I'm a smoker or what else, but I find the breathing pattern proposed here impossible to follow.

      You gotta practice especially the longer or stronger your anxiety is. It's like exercising but for your brain. If you haven't gotten outta bed for a year and got up decided to run a mile it would be difficult. But if you got up and tried more each day you would eventually be able to easily! If that makes sense ❤❤ Rome wasn't built in a day ❤

    Thank you so much. I've been holding onto a mistake I made years ago, and this really helped me let go of it and recognize that even though I was in the wrong, I tried my best to make up for it and that's all anyone can ask of me. Thank you so much, I can ACTUALLY ENJOY other hypnosis audios now without that looming thought in the back of my head!

    there was an ad for ferrero rocher and another one. I now have an insatiable craving for the former. Tried to block out the latter so I cannot remember what it was except that the man who sang had a very good voice.

    Thank you so much for this. I have exam retakes coming up soon and after struggling with the material for a long time and previous failures have developed a lot of anxiety when trying to study, to the point where even looking at the material made me feel horrible causing me to try and delay studying, which would only make me feel worse as I'd worry about the possibility of failing and not having studied enough. This video made me feel a lot more positive right away and I'll keep listening as I study. Thanks a lot.

    I hope you can fix this. You have an ad right in the middle. It ruins the exercise which was very effective before that. But at 10 mins and about 5-10 seconds there’s an ad. What a bummer.

    Was not expecting this, i havnt felt this good in a long time and the problem that caused my latest problems i can think about clearly. Bad side i was so deep in trance my cat vomited on me and i didnt realise. I really wish i could download this somewhere is there anywhere i can?

    Its a nice video but at many points while listening this, i felt extremely uncomfortable. I feel like too much pressure on my torso and legs. I had to literally shake myself to get rid of pressure. I have tried many hypnosis audios but never felt like this before. Any idea what was that?

    Thanks so much, this really helped me relax :) When you said open your eyes I just started staring for like 3 minutes usually I can only stare for 30 seconds before my eyes water it was like I was sleeping with my eyes open xD

    Actually i have recently been through an ending relationship and i get so distressed over it will start randomly crying because i feel like a failure and no one would want me the only time i don't feel this way is when i am listening to this guy while i try to sleep i get so relaxed from him talking. (also note i am a guy and usually guys don't admit to crying especially as much as i do and the relationship ended like a month ago, also i am straight. So it isn't like a weird kind of relaxed).

    Can someone PLEASE answer me!! How long does this go for!! If I wake up in the morning and do this will it last me a whole day?? PLEASE reply

      It depends whether you believe it or not. During the hypnosis session, you can think to yourself "the positive effect of this breathing exercise will last me for the whole day each day that I do the exercise throughout the rest of my life" after the exercise is done during the video (you can think it even only after doing the exercise once, it will still last for each time you do the exercise and get stronger) and it will work as a self-hypnosis suggestion. You have to keep listening to the session for some time while adding the additional suggestion (thinking the words) during it, preferably multiple times, preferably at least five times (repetition of suggestions is important in hypnosis). Whenever you feel the effect is getting weaker you need to listen to the session AGAIN, WHILE adding (thinking) the additional suggestion. Cheers for asking!
