I Tried Re-Creating Tiffany & Co Blue for FURNITURE

- For this video we try and re-create the iconic Tiffany blue color using Chalk Paint! It was somewhat of a struggle to figure out, but we had fun along the way and maybe a little frustration too! Of course, we glam it up with some gold leaf and even add a furniture transfer inside for that extra handmade touch! I hope you enjoy the video!

Q: 🪙 What's your experience with Wax over Gold Leaf, does it seals it for a limited time? What about 24k Gold Leaf? I primarily use 24k, just started to use a faux Gold leaf. ⚜️
I've always used a Gold Leaf Sealer, or a water based Polyacrylic.
Working on a project now that calls for some Gold Leaf, it will be in my Son's Master Bath, thus varied "moisture and Humidity" (he lives very close to the Mississippi River, in Memphis. It is routinely Moist/Humid in this Delta environment.
Appreciate your perspective if you have time.

Oh Ka'cha it's gorgeous! I'm redoing a bedroom in my home now that's "Marie Antoinette" inspired & she loved blue & gold. I have a small, very unique little cabinet I'm going to transform to coordinate with the room. My inspiration piece is just a box with flowers, birds & every color in the rainbow really on "Tiffany blue" & gold background. I was getting ready 2 paint it after watching a few of your videos. Caught this 1 just in the nick of time. I now have a recipe for "Tiffany blue" which I've been wanting to do a project with forever. Going to work on it right now. 😊
