That's because you haven't found your purpose, you are at a loss of what to do. Finding your purpose is easier said than done and is only getting more difficult as opportunities disappear from society.
You get anxiety because you have nothing to do Pickup a physically demanding 9/5 job, magically 95% of that brain crap goes away, replaced with a feeling of accomplishment Remember, you get to choose the sacrifice you make today, or you get to live with the regret of not choosing a sacrifice for the rest of your life. Shut off the device
They should be. It's a scam
The roundabout is the Etoile 😊
Ahhhh thank you!! 🙏🏼
Good show Aidan! I think therapy is good for everyone. It's great to have someone to talk to and figure out where things are coming from. I know therapy helped me when my Dad passed away.
Thank Jason. I agree, financially it can be challenging for some but if possible I think therapy is fantastic!
Its nothing
Cool story bro
Great tips and advice, a top 10 follow up vid for being out filming in public would be awesome 🙌🔥
Honestly same!!!! I love writing and performing but can't infront of people
Honestly wish I could video myself and put it on the internet like you but my anxiety is high for that as well. Good for you for being able to share your voice
@@caiargagnon I don’t know if it gets easier, perhaps we just get used to it the more we do it. Have you tried filming yourself just for you. Just to feel it out, as in, not upload it anywhere or even show it to anyone?
@AidanBelizaire I hate seeing myself on camera and hate my recorded voice. That might be a way, though. My new boyfriend does preform and has been trying to get me up on stage. I would like to be able to do something like that together with him. So I will try that to get more comfortable. Thank you
... Be careful what you wish on your self mate... 👍🐇💜
Yeah 1000% - I retract that straight away haha!
Financial anxiety is actually something that doesn't come to mind when asked about anxiety. I'm glad you guys brought it up. It definitely has a big weight on mental health. Great conversation as always 💙
@@rania.chrami oh yes, for sure. In general and especially if you’re pursuing a path like say, a new career. Then it’s VERY much on your mind.
Sending all my love, brother. Always here for you xx
Love you man, thank you x
I'm very sorry for your loss! This was a very important video to share, though I am sure it was very hard. I appreciate you!
It was a tough one, I was crying in the edit 😅 But it also helped me make sense of my feelings, and it seems to be helping others too, which is even better. Thanks so much for your support 🙌🏽
What a beautiful video Aidan. I'm really sorry for your loss. Here for you if you need to talk
Thanks amiga. This video was actually super therapeutic for me. Writing the script helped me understand how I was feeling, make sense of it. Thanks also for your beautiful support. x
A month ago this video got 230 views... Three days ago your newest video has over 1,000 views... A bit of perspective about being on the precipice.
Oh yeah ,but I've had a video in the past do 30k too. I think for me (and many of us) it'll just be that one video that resonates with people (and the algorithm) and pops off!
For those of us who are unfamilar with grief, a great short book titled "How Men Grieve" by Tom Golden is chock full of insights that both men and women can greatly benefit from knowing. Great for men to be validated, great for women to better understand the men in thier lives.
Thank you for the recommendation, I'll look into it. 🙌🏽
Have you considered it being Dp/dr?
@@jeppesteensen2013 I think I know what ‘dp’ stands for, but I can’t tell what ‘dr’ is?
@@AidanBelizaire its depersonalization/derealization. Its a state of mind often acquired after traumatic events, which is a protecting mechanism of the mind. Simply an overactive mind and nervous system. Involves feelings of unrealness, numbness and being detached from the world. I dont think you experience this specifically, but wishing you luck on your recovery journey from the grief. Im sorry your friend passed. Much love❤️
@@jeppesteensen2013 Hey thanks so much for taking the time to explain this to me. It very well could be, I had no idea. I'm researching more into both now. And thank you for our support. How're you doing?
@@AidanBelizaire im doing great! Actually just recovered from a longer period of it, thats why i know so much about it. Hope you find your way out of it soon if thats what your going through. Its essentially just deep breathing, vagus nerve stimulation, excercise, rest and of course accepting and fully feeling your emotions that helped me. Take care
@@jeppesteensen2013 Great to hear. I'm actually feeling better since releasing this video. Like I can process and see things clearer strangely. Thanks again for the info and have a great day! 🙏🏼
I’m sorry for your loss. I also experienced a personal loss recently; I went to his funeral last week and have been trying to get back on my feet and settle into college. It’s not easy because of depression. My dad got hit way worse than me because he was his friend of 40+ years. We are sharing our sorrows and accepting that life just isn’t ok at the moment. Thanks for your video. Sending lots of hugs 🫂 🫶
This is so beautiful, Aidan. I pray your friend rest in perfect peace and may Jesus comfort you in your distress. 🙏🏾
@@Neyduu thank you 💛💛
Wow, the end screen sent chills up my spine. I lost my brother on July 4, suddenly and tragically. I, too, have been feeling many of the same things you describe. Empty. Unable to find joy in the things that so recently brought me joy. I think I am getting better, but I am not sure. I loved him, I miss him, and he took a part of me with him. His name was Dan. I know he wasn't the Dan you made this for, but forgive me if I pretend he was. Thank you.
Oh man, I'm so so sorry. The guys in the video are my brothers, that's who I went to see and spend time with. I don't necessarily believe in fate, but in some way, maybe I meant to make this video to help me heal, and maybe you were meant to watch it to help you heal too - if only a little. Whatever your own healing journey looks like, I'm sure you'll realise it when you're already on it. I hope you start to feel a little more like you again soon. If I can leave you with a quote from a Marvel TV series that really helped me. (I know, weird place to pull something significant from, but trust me)... “What is grief, if not love persevering?”
Thanks, and I love the Marvel TV quote. I hope your healing journey takes you to better times.
Aidan, I watched this video a couple days ago and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. This was so raw and real. Although you felt numb, I could hear the wave of emotion behind your voice. I’ve been appreciating life more ever since. Thank you for having the courage to speak about this so openly. Sincere reflections like this change lives. Sending you and your beloved friend much love and serenity 👐🏻
Thanks for your kind words and this message Yasmene! I read it a few times, made me smile. 😊 I'm so glad we connected. 🙏🏼

My condolences. What a beautiful friend he was and what a beautiful way to remember him
Thank you. He really was. Thanks for dropping a comment, made me smile 💛
This has helped me so much. Thank you. And I'm incredibly sorry for your loss
How're you doing? Are you going through something similar? Can I help?
Your videos are amazing and you are so articulate 😊
Hey thanks for taking the time to watch. How’s your phone looking? Also, you may like the podcast I’ve just launched on this channel! 🙌🏽 I hope you’re having a great day!
That's really not an easy video to make at all. We all go through this process with the loss of someone and it's very relatable to everyone. Major props to you for making this and I'm sure Dan will be proud of where you going, Don't look back, the only way is forward 👍
Thanks brother. I think along side helping me process everything, this video was a way to move forward with positivity and keep the lessons I learnt from my friend with me. 🙂
I'm very sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing this and being vulnerable with us. It is never easy going through something like this. What a beautiful way to grieve ❤
Thanks for being there for me amiga. xx
Sorry to hear about Dan. I hope youre finding peace and healing brother 🫂
Thanks brother. I feel so much better making this video, I think it was a way to say goodbye (I know how cheesy that sounds.... But it's true.)
I'm sorry for your loss. Sending healing hugs your way.
Thanks Shelia, I appreciate you. And I'm taking all those big hugs thanks 🙏🏼
My condolences for your loss. I have too recently lost a friend but when i look back, its not a loss but a growth that we learn to understand ourselves and life better. Take care!
Beautifully said, and I'm very sorry to hear this. How're you doing? Can I help at all?
I am sorry for this, Aidan. Recently, I lost a friend too. And I've realized the same: in some ways, he is still helping me and even teaching me lessons. It is a beautiful video. It has made me stop on this frantic day and think calmly. Thank you!
I'm sorry to hear this brother. It's so tough, especially at the beginning. How're you? Can I help?
@@AidanBelizaire I am doing well, Aidan. Thanks for asking. I hope you get better about this loss. And keep going with your videos. They are truly inspirational.
@@edubicuo Good to hear ☺ As for the video, I absolutely will do! 🙌🏽
So much love to you ❤
Thank you amiga 🙏🏼
Aidan. This is quite beautiful, sensitive, and emotional. It’s straight from your heart, from your soul. Your words are more than perfect. Even the wrong choice of music could have broken the spell .. but the music was perfect. I think this is probably the best video you have ever written, produced and directed. Daddio x😢
Thanks Daddio, I guess it was weird seeing your house on camera without you in it!
Hey Cuz, so sorry you've had to make this video. Filming and sharing your feelings, or lack of, will hopefully give you something and potentially help others who can relate. Always here if you have some time to chat ❤
Thanks so much Cuz. Yeah let's have a call soon, I'm feeling better. Mucho love x
Thank you Aidan. Every word, every emotion is a bridge back to ourselves. Always here for you💔🧡
My thoughts are with you often. You know, making this video really helped me - helped me understand, process, and accept. And I really did mean it, Dan's beautiful positivity and outlook is now with me whenever I think of him. 💛
Beautiful ❤
Thanks brother 🙏🏼 (Great to see you the other day)
I'm sorry for your loss man, its tough. I just want you to know that your videos get me through my rough days, they are super uplifting, and teach me new lessons about life. Keep it up man🫶🏻
Hey man, thanks as always for your support dude, especially on this one. I'm feeling a lot better now. 🙂
Hey Aidan! I'm sorry to hear about this. This video is really heavy! I hope you are doing as well as you can! Losing someone is always life-changing! I'm surprised you had the strength to make a video about it. Losing someone can really put your own life in perspective and give you a different point of view on how you see the world, for sure! If you ever need to talk, let me know. The video is well done! Thanks for sharing! I could really feel the emotion in this one!
It is quite a heavy one, I promise to resume normal programming soon haha. Seriously, thanks for your support man. Actually making this video was somewhat cathartic you know? It actually made me feel a lot better making it, maybe it's just how I can express myself best, or at least release.... Thanks for always being here mate 💛
This was a heavy one Aidan. Felt the weight of every word. Losing somebody you care for is incomparable to any other experience. So sorry to hear you're going through it. I'm glad you had somebody like Dan in your life while he was still with us. Sincerest condolences my friend.
Thanks brother 💛
So sorry for your loss my Amigo ❤ Grief is forever, it's a constant management of emotions, but remembering those we lost , reliving memories, we eventually get back on track! Sending you the biggest hug ever ❤

Nice work, brilliant 1st podcast touched on a lot of what we as creators go through. Stress might be the silent killer, but the anxiety is a long drawn out torture like a self-made prison. Keep up the great work, looking forward to the next episodes. 👍
