That's because you haven't found your purpose, you are at a loss of what to do. Finding your purpose is easier said than done and is only getting more difficult as opportunities disappear from society.

You get anxiety because you have nothing to do Pickup a physically demanding 9/5 job, magically 95% of that brain crap goes away, replaced with a feeling of accomplishment Remember, you get to choose the sacrifice you make today, or you get to live with the regret of not choosing a sacrifice for the rest of your life. Shut off the device

Wow, the end screen sent chills up my spine. I lost my brother on July 4, suddenly and tragically. I, too, have been feeling many of the same things you describe. Empty. Unable to find joy in the things that so recently brought me joy. I think I am getting better, but I am not sure. I loved him, I miss him, and he took a part of me with him. His name was Dan. I know he wasn't the Dan you made this for, but forgive me if I pretend he was. Thank you.

Oh man, I'm so so sorry. The guys in the video are my brothers, that's who I went to see and spend time with. I don't necessarily believe in fate, but in some way, maybe I meant to make this video to help me heal, and maybe you were meant to watch it to help you heal too - if only a little. Whatever your own healing journey looks like, I'm sure you'll realise it when you're already on it. I hope you start to feel a little more like you again soon.
