  • BBQ Pork Steaks on the PK 360 Grill is a flavorful and satisfying recipe that highlights the versatility of the PK 360 grill. Pork steaks are marinated in a savory BBQ sauce, then grilled to perfection. The grill's high heat sears the exterior of the steaks, creating a caramelized crust while keeping the meat juicy and tender.

    Those Pork Steaks looked Amazing!!! Making me hungry before bed, again!! What Grills do you have at home apart from the Treager, the PK and the Big Green Egg? I have 2 Weber kettle's (18.5 & 22), a WSM and a 22 inch UDS. Should I get a stick burner or a Pellet Grill next? Or even a PK?

    Pork steaks look great. I always find it interesting you pretty much put all the different meats back in the fridge after seasoning. I normally only do that with chicken since chicken isn't to be messed with as far as letting it sit out before cooking. Any reason why you do that as opposed to letting them rest at room temp and then on the grill?

    • @HeathRilesBBQ
      @HeathRilesBBQ  3 роки тому +1

      It's personal preference really. I do leave some stuff sitting out, but some stuff I don't. No real "reason".

    What grill temp did you use? And, Jalapeno makes me ill. Can I substitute the Garlic Butter rub instead or would your Everyday rub be a better substitute?

    • @douglasmortimer3513
      @douglasmortimer3513 3 роки тому

      His rubs are awesome. I believe he has an SPG without Jalapeno. I also highly recommend his buddy's Killer Hogs SPG as a substitute. Bottom line, his techniques are spot on!

    • @rogerburks4521
      @rogerburks4521 3 роки тому

      @@douglasmortimer3513 Yep, I have most all of Heath's rubs. I use the Garlic Butter rub on a lot of things because my wife loves garlic. I have to stay away from Jalapeno as it doesn't agree with my digestive tract. I hope to try this prok steak cook this weekend and will probably use the Garlic Butter instead of the Garlic Jalapeno. I'm sure it will still taste great.

      Heath Riles BBQ I figured this out yesterday when I watched a unboxing review. It is a well made grill. My ONLY problem with this grill is that is is made in China. I really do my best to buy Made in America. I’m looking at a Meadow Creek BBQ26S (Chicken Flipper) mounted on a pedestal base. It is more expensive but is a very well American made grill that will cook the same as the PK360 and more.
