      It just needs a drop or two of coconut oil or ghee. Turmeric is fat soluble so you need a fat in order to assimilate it.

    I have been drinking organic turmeric and ginger “tea” that I bought from store. I add a pinch of pepper and a tablespoon of honey and a thin slice of lemon. Cutting out processed, sweets, and fried foods makes a big difference for me. I was dealing with acid reflux, wasn’t fun. Within a couple of days of eating right and drinking the tea the acid reflux went away. Praise God.

    This healed 15 years of stomach problems and pain! Still drinking it daily since Feb ‘23…haven’t looked back because I’m healed…true story! Thanx for saving my life you wonderful man. I praise Jesus daily because I stumbled upon your channel while scrolling for a last Will and testament and some literature about Jesus. Hallelujah…🙌🤗🙌

      No I’m now completely healthy. Bloodwork did a 180…and I’m perfectly healthy now. No inflammation (pain) anywhere at all. I’m amazed and thank Dr. Mandell daily for saving my life. Even my allergies and cancer cells are gone, my liver clean and gall stones disappeared. Also no more stomach problems or haemorrhoids!!

      Yes I take it 20 mins before I have my breakfast. I have fruit platter in the morning and it takes around around 20minutes to prepare.
      Also I drink lemon water during the day, have swapped sugar for raw honey 🍯 and add 1-2 TBS Chia seeds to my elixir.
      I’ve been answering both your questions but they keep getting wiped?!?
      Hope this gets to you.
      My blood pressure went back to normal!!! 🤗🤗

    If you get nauseas or dizzy, just make sure you’re not overdoing the turmeric. If you do it first think in the morning, have a hard boiled egg or something with it so it’s not just a gut full of turmeric. Also, overuse of turmeric can have an adverse effect and actually cause inflammation and nerve pain. It’s a wonderful thing in proper quantity/moderation though. I’ve seen someone heal a severely broken back with turmeric teas 3x a day after doctors and surgeons said he’d never walk again. He’s walking around town every single day (his mom is an angel. She made him the teas and took care of him for almost 2 years of home rehab).

    Bonus: swap out the black pepper for Cayenne pepper as it activates the turmeric/curcumin much more than black pepper does. Or use both!

      Cayenne hurts my stomach for some reason. I'm fine with pretty much all other peppers, but cayenne really hurts when I take it. 😥

      Please do not omit the Black Pepper.
      Black Pepper is an important adjunctive ingredient for the Turmeric. You can add some cayenne too if it supports your particular body, but Black Pepper is the key 🗝 that opens the doorway for Turmeric to absorb and work in the body.
      Black Pepper & Turmeric have been used together exclusively for thousands of years, bcs of their synergistic effect together in the body.

      could be a bacterial overgrowth due to meds. You could try quitting sugar if you eat it and go very low carb, high protein to see if it takes care of the gut problems - herbalist

      Same here! Has this helped anyone who has taken many antibiotics over the years? I know raw garlic is a good thing to take also to help with infections.

    I always drink. Winter 1/2 lemon, 1/2 clover 1 Star Anise, 3 Bayleaf,turmeric,Ginger,pinch black pepper drink at morning tea.or Aloe, turmeric, Ginger, drink afternoon.

    Someone with sympathy and empathic for people suffering with health problems not chasing their pockets like most of the doctors now.

    I have been doing this since 1 month because of my rheumatoid arthritis. I used to have terrible pain in my legs to the point of not being able to go down the stairs or walking properly, I drink this mixture daily along every morning on an empty stomach with eating healthy and also drink Kefir before bedtime.
    I feel much healthier and better each day .

    I drink golden milk to sleep & if my stomach/gut is upset it settles it quickly. I put some ginger in my coffee each morning. 🤷oh, golden milk is milk & turmeric/ pinch of blk pepper for absorption.

      My golden milk is a little different. Almond milk (may use whatever milk you fancy), turmeric, ginger, cinnamon (ground and / or stick... I use both), dash of black pepper, and raw honey (once poured in the cup)
      Simmer the milk and all ingredients minus the honey on the stove for 5 mins or so...server hot/warm. Enjoy! 😉
      This has really helped with my inflammation!

      ​@Ryoko007 I don't know about constipation, but because Turmeric is high in Oxalates the milk is supposed to stop them from binding. Otherwise if you consume too much you could end up with Kidney stones.

    Thank you so much for this, I have suffered stomach discomfort since I had an intestinal bleed 🩸 caused by a blood thinner a couple of years ago. I eat healthily but medication I’ve been prescribed for AF (which started just after the bleed) causes me stomach problems. I will definitely try this straight away. I prefer natural remedies.

      try searching Barabara o Neill. she also has lots of natural remedies. 1 thing she said also a natural blood thinner is cayenne pepper in a glass of water. But search her videos first you will see she's really good too.
