Great matches! Much respect for playing Sheik well! I don't know how Sheik mains do it. It seems like even as soon as the match starts, Sheik is already at a disadvantage! It seems like Sheik is one of the most technical characters in the game (along with Shulk)!
You're correct in fact our win condition is: "Single Player or Die" cuz the moment Sheik let's the opponent play the game...she dies 🤣🤣🤣 but when you land a good combo with Sheik it feels so good. So it's a love hate relationship 😅
I dont think shulk is on the same level as sheik.
U can win as shuck with fundies, but y gotta be really tight and objectively the better player to win as sheik

When I play sheik I can't ever kill 😅
Same. You only have like 3 kill options. An aerial offstage, down smash get up read, and drag down up air into up smash on platform. None of them are easy either :(
@@reesrussell5234 you actually have quite a lot of kill confirms and options: nair bouncing fish, needles boucing fish, raindrop, ftilt up air usmash/fmash, jab jab dtilt upair smash attack, upair drag down read on the ledge.... You can also go crazy deep offstage, and you have options like up b side b or needles for some set ups to get the kill offstage

Pyra: I can kill at 20%
Skeik: You guys have kill percents?
I wouldn't been happy if her up throw killed at 180%
Hey Sillintor, just wanted to say thanks for all your videos and what not. Your edits make me laugh on extremely hard days. Went through a break up after 4 years, lost my dog a month later, and just a lot of things changed that made it difficult to get through days. But your edits never fail to crack me up 🤣🤣

As a Sheik main but noob player it's kind of frustrating to see how good you are with her xD Learning to do her basics (nair loops, ftilt loops, BF and Usmash confirms, etc.) does not take that much work tbh but figuring out how to actually use her kit in all situation is the hard part imo. Also the wall jump breverse at 3:34 was spicy AF definitely stealing that oO

I watched a video on why no one plays her and its cause her frames are TOO fast. It's next to impossible to play her at her full potential because of all the requirements for perfectly timed executions.
@Joshua Suh not necessarily cause she has enough tools off stage to edge guard and at least kill bad recoveries early
@@tk-rm3ro yeah but there's not a lot of characters with recoveries that are bad enough for her to edge guard. Sure characters like chrom and ike are super easy to edge guard with her. But none of her moves other than down B have any significant knock back so most of the cast can still recover pretty often. I was just playing her tonight cause I'm working on getting everyone on elite and she's one of the few I have left. I can see how she can be a great character, I just wouldn't have the energy to optimize her the way she needs lol
Liked this video a lot, Sheik is really technical but her gameplay looks so nice when you get the combos. Now I'm wondering who has the lesser kill power, Sheik or Inkling (also did you win that match against Farblo)?

I tried it, but didn't manage to get it during the session. The closest one was against Byleth at 6:25 , but that's not really a raindrop.

Dude I played sheik for a while. Guess I should pick it up again. Good plays though. If you want a good combo, this one only uses specials: side spc. to down or neutral spc. The idea if to stun your opponent while immediately following up with another that deals s good amount of damage. The bombs she uses doesn't hurt her so take advantage of that. If you use neutral special as the followup, make sure its fully charged and that they're caught in the bomb. If you use down special as the followup, it should line up and connect with the the bomb, make sure you time it. Hope that helps.
i wish i was as skilled at this game to the point of playing sheik and actually doing well

I'm new to ultimate and I like Sheik's feel. I don't know all the maps but why didn't you go for bair at 0:55, if that upair landed I'm pretty sure link would've been saved.
Link could have teched my bair, recovered with up-b and maybe would be in time for a dair spike to 2-frame me.
The upair was there to hit him and reset the situation (link still in disadvantage through landing and me trying to catch the landing).
That was probably my plan? Not sure, it's been too long since I've uploaded the video :)
