Anyone else catch the indicators on the last level? I did. Was surprised Ryu didn't. Made it easy to tell if Ryu was going to make it or not with each attempt.

Dude, at 11:33 you can use all your momentum to past the spikes instead falling to get the two P-Switch down. At 11:35 just fall into the P-Switch and let yourself fall down right at the end of the spikes to the next P you'll find just there. You can win a lot of time.
I was loving the idea of playing that last tough level until I saw the snake section. I despise snakes in levels, the waiting through the snake movement is just the worst, especially in tough levels where you have to do it over and over
I'm not sure the last guy knows that making every other jump blind isn't the same as "precision," it would be a nice level if they cleaned it up a bit but they really couldn't cash the check that their level description wrote... or something like that. Ryu is fantastic but sometimes I wish Barb were playing these levels just for the ruthless criticism that they probably need to hear.

I think the snakes are metallic. If I recall correctly, in Super Mario Galaxy they make metallic sounds when you walk on them.
