What's bad design is Nintendo still not translating the Japanese name in English for the international audience and the English name in Japanese for the Japanese audience. And don't tell me that would be hard to do, it's really not, there are lots of programs that can do that automatically now.

Good catch! The gameplay video is exactly the same, just the facecam is not. So for whatever reason they decided to show the same death twice, but make it look like it is another one. Maybe to hide the real death at 11 lives? Idk why but yeah
Yeah, and at the end you can see that it is possible to jump out of the water and get the goal, so it might very well be possible to ignore the entire level. With that said, considering that swimming is a bit slow I do wonder if it would get the world record.

I think the giant squid cloud absorbs video game achievement there could be a squid cloud disrupting some type of signal we have here and a common motion is how could that be possible the designer create the theory and it actually works somehow some machine works through video games

24:43 I wouldn't be surprised if you can go down to water past the second saw on the bottom and go even faster, or that's how the world record did it. You see how there aren't spikes on the bottom, and I bet there's not one on top of it or to the right from that, you can see how there's a spike on the left unlike every other saw which would leave an opening.
