    The rotating arrows on the Limb pockets... It is actually a system that shift the limb pocket. Merlin Archery has an intro video on this bow.

    I been using the 37” bow for about 6 months. I’m a target archer so my comments are purely on target archery. I’ve had 4 Hoyts pro elites, this is the first bow I achieved a Bullet hole when tuning. I found it a little heavy compared to the Hoyts In weight, the handle feels very comfortable. The bow is very accurate to the point it’s improved my scoring. Every bow is subjective so it won’t please everyone. I haven’t the time or am privileged to try different bows so you hope it’s going to work out right, which it has with this bow. I’ve got used to the feel of this bow and it’s improved my archery. The person doing the Video demonstration needs to read the instructions and spend a little more time turning the bow to give better unbiased opinion.

      You won't find a less biased reviewer than Steve, guys - bow companies have literally dumped him as their distributor because he's too honest and won't lie for them.

      @@NPC-fl3gq I’ve shot several different Hoyts, PSEs and Matthew’s, and I’m not disputing that they’re all very good bows in their own respective ways. The point I was clearly trying to make if you take the time to read my comment again was that he hasn’t taken the time to read how the bow works, hence his confusing review. I’ve actually watched dozens on his other reviews, and generally speaking I think he does very well, but for some reason this video was way off the mark; I can tell you that because I own one and if I thought he was right in his review I would say so!

    Would stoke up on this bow in your shop since you like it ? 2000 $ price tag puts it side by side with all manufactures . The fact that the module is not locked in place by 2 screws through the draw range can easily allow for the module to shift on you in the most unexpected moment. Is this something that you are going to overlock especially on a target bow in this 2000 $ price range?

    It does look like a PSE but not a 2022 PSE. However if the grip is similar than it will set it apart from people going to a different bow company with a more favorable low grip technique. It would come down to draw cycle & how it holds on target. I wasn't surprised by your group since u seemed to hold on target very nicely considering that the bow isn't all tricked out.
    I'm wondering why all metric bows still go by a inches standard on draw length 🤔? I've was told 40 years ago in school that the US would be converting to the metric standard. Never happened. Perhaps fossil fuels won't be discarded but they will be used in a more efficient matter to keep them around for another 40 years 😉.

    • @Buran01
      @Buran01 2 роки тому

      Goes in inches for DL and ATA for quick guidance to everyone involved in archery. But you're dead wrong about the metric in US: almost EVERYTHING in usa is already done in metric. Optics are measured in metric, pharmaceuticals and anything involving drugs and medicines are dosaged in metrics, semiconductors are all designed in metrics (and the machines that make them are made mostly in Europe and Japan), the same happens with weapons (specially military graded ones), and talking about the military, they always work in metrics due the NATO standards, and of course everything in GPS is running in metric even when for some applications is displayed in customary units. When in the Navy talk about "clicks", those are Km, not nautical miles; when you shop in a supermarket the nutritional values and the weigth are always displayed in metric, etc.
      The main reason the customary system is still used is due conversion of all old real state documents to metric is a pita, and yes, you still use miles for driving and pounds and feet for weigth and height, but no one outside US cares about how you gauge yourselves and deep inside everything is running in metric even if you're not aware off (and your car manufacturers and alrmost everyone at industril level in US which exports outside already works 24/7/365 in metric due is how the world works.

    I fail to see how this bow is different than American bows. You pointed at the limb pockets like American bows don’t have them (Hoyt, Prime) or that the finish on the bow is more premium, looks just like Prime, or that the cams are adjustable draw, I’m pretty sure I don’t have to speak to that. Which screw you pull or module you rotate or string stop you extend is moot, the process is the same. This bow is priced well above some bows I’ve seen that can do the same thing like from Bowtech and Prime and PSE. It’s a nice looking bow, but there’s nothing that stands out for me that American bows don’t already have. Having metric screws doesn’t make this bow any more special.

    • @thomasstanworth
      @thomasstanworth 2 роки тому +1

      Its not so much the features is has relative to the wider market, but the combination of features grouped together in one model. There isn't a bow made in the US that is comparable, e.g. vertical limbs, multiple on-bow tuning options (moveable cable guard, lateral limb adjust), 1/4" draw length adjustment. These features are available on other bows, but not all in one bow. The closest bow is the PSE RTX, but that bow lacks tuning options and isn't as premium in terms of engineering and sense of build quality. It also doesn't allow 1/4" draw length adjustment, or as much of a range for let off adjustment. It's a genuinely impressive bow and I have shot both the 37 & 40. I still shoot a Mathews, but the Revolution was very tempting....
