For male viera players, I have no idea what the heck is going on with your bones, but this mod and some others randomly seem to be broken for you guys. There's a fix for this that simply swaps the male viera skeleton with its parent male midlander skeleton. This seems to fix all of those issue and I'm not sure why or what causes it to break. The entry for duplicating weapons (C212) is still largely an enigma, but you can play around with it to see if you can do anything else of substance with it that haven't been figured out yet. There's also the Summon Weapon entry (C043) that lets you summon any weapon in the game, including NPC weapons provided they have a weapon code.

The idea of just poofing in a blade is dope as fuck, I need to figure out how to make it work with Sheathing/Drawing weapons

the gun broke and now there is only a sword to work with. the mod is just making gunbreaker live up to it's name sake.
Why is the framerate horrific
Because my PC is a decade old and I'm poor. It somewhat improves after the initial movement stuff.
