We got this in the 85 and love it. We got rid of direct tv and use the Samsung plus app and it looks like they have integrated Pluto and it’s all free.
I almost bought this tv in 65 inch but I ended up getting the Samsung QN85C in 65 inch cause it was on sale and it was the same exact price from Samsung as the Q80C and I got the Samsung Q990B sound bar on clearance and I picked that up
We have the 65 inch and the glaring problem with these TVs is all the preloaded apps - like 10 WHICH YOU CAN'T DELETE - which all consume far too much memory to allow the TV to work efficiently. We are forever having to go into diagnostics and delete cache. Yes, that fixes the problem, but it's super annoying that it has to be done weekly.
I wondered about this while shopping, and found very little comparative information. What I did find indicated that there are only minimal differences. Otherwise, they appear to be identical. Personally, I would save the $300 and get the C-model.

The sony look great but i have seen some videos that says the an experience of a 98" tv ia priceless. Maybe do you have a recommendation? Thanks again.
yeah I think its more important about the size of your room, because if you are in a small room with 98" TV you might be too close to it and the motion might be hard to follow. the A80K will have a better picture but this will be brighter and more colorful.
What is the viewing angle like? Does this model come with both VA and IPS panels? Oh wow, same with this! LG put VA panels only in the 50 inch and then keep quiet about it in the specs. Samsung have also put VA panels in the 50" for this model aswell! Why do that do that? There is a big difference in picture.
VA panels are better. They have better contrast. Don't listen to idiots talking about the viewing angles. The viewing angles on VA panels are fine. Nobody watches TV from really acute angles anyway.
@@Revolver1981 I like to occasionally use a mirror for seeing it from a different angle, hence the importance of the viewing angle, for me. I found it strange that there are so many videos explaining the differences between the two panels, yet the manufacturers don't even bother to mention it.
