Some have pointed out that it may be a Valve Partner streaming and not someone *from* Valve, but I'm going off the assumption that it is in fact a Valve employee. It seems foolish of them to give out their stream key to some random developers, even if they are partners. We'll have to see if Valve responds to this at all and if anyone gets in trouble from it.
