When you get stronger going to a lvl 2 area to gather won't require you to bring allies. Allies cost money, they're paid after you return to your Atelier. You probably can easily avoid all the enemies in a lvl 2 zone and you're just there to gather, to save money fire all your allies (except for Schea who is free) and go to those places. If it's just a hop and skip away you won't encounter any random fights anyway. If it's lvl 4 or higher better take some people. Faeries can also buffer this by sending them to the zones to gather, then you won't have to fear getting into fights since the faeries are bringing the stuff back. Faeries are only limited by time they aren't limited by bag space like you would be when you go to gather.
Thanks so much for this ❤. (I’m the lady/commenter who tried going to the mountain with the dragon and got my butt kicked and suggested a walkthrough). I think you’re the first one to post a guide so far- I hope you get heaps of extra subscribers for it 💪🏻. Thanks for all your great content 😊
Thank you for encouraging me! I wanted to do it, but honestly wasn’t sure if anyone would be interested, so your comment really helped :) I hope if you’re still playing the tips are useful! ^__^
YAY!!! I knew Thighza will lead to remakes for the older ateliers!!! heck yeah! I hope this sells well enough so we get international releases for jp only releases in the past!
Another tip only if you playthrough once. If you complete one ending you get an option to make a "clear save" which is like New Game +. So far it only says you get to keep all your items from first playthrough and can start a fresh new one with all the items. Not sure about the reputation, levels, friendship levels and recipes though. So it makes it worth playing it to beat the clock but with a better chance this time.
Wait decorations give buff? It seems like I missed that one. For some tips I find when playing Marie : -Navy/Blue fairies are your best friends -Wanna grind Friend Points from party member? Try go back and forth from Atelier to Nearby Forest, it's a bit grindy but it get result. -Glassen Ore (iirc, the one Hagel/Weaponsmiths wants) is your source of money, try to grab it as much as you can when there's Knights Patrol event (I think it's on month 4 and 10, every year). -Sell your excess materials to Aula if you need some money.
The Glasen Ore one is a good, and forgettable, tip! Really good for quick money :3 I didn’t know about the Nearby Forest one for Friendship, I’ll have to try that in Unlimited, thank you :D
Another tip If any of your allies is low on HP/MP you can just simply swap them out for another person before going on another adventure. It can save time and items to top them off. Don't be afraid to fire them, they understand... I don't think it lowers friendship or reputation.
A tip only if you played through once. Do not hand in items on quests you need for creations. Do not hand in glacen ore for quests, save those and sell them to the blacksmith so he will start selling better weapons/armor.
I didn't know about the decorations. I thought the only decorations you get is for that hall and it's just for aesthetic/photo purposes. I've had faeries that came to clean my atelier for a fee and I've only done it once but I suppose keeping it clean also changes things?
Great tips video. Atelier Marie feel like an arcade atelier. I put it on hold for Reverie. Still hadnt finish it 😅 I might just finish my run in Marie after. I'm not too much into that atelier unfortunatly.
I’m not at my console now, but generally, if it’s not coming up as an option, you can try change the system language on the console :3 (I have the EU version and it defaulted to English for my Switch I have set to some sort of English, so I’m not sure how many different languages are available but hope that helps! 💖)
Having played everything Atelier since Rorona, this one is quite a shock to the system. This is not because of the time limit. Its because everything is so bare bones and not very engaging. I really like the story of the Atelier games but in this one the "story" is a bit thin on the ground . Overall, I really want to complete it but I keep finding myself playing something else and it feels a bit of shame. I guess it reflects how much games have changed it the last 26 years.
I think it does, it's definitely not as deep as Ryza, that's for sure. I like how light it is, but I can certainly see it being less appealing to story JRPG fans, or at least not as appealing as the newer Ateliers that cater better to that audience. So fair enough :3 I'm sure the next Atelier (which should be announced tomorrow night!) will be much more satisfying for story fans though :D

I just bought this game. I really hope they remake Atelier Iris ❤
Thx for the tips on the quests. Ive been wasting do much time gathering products for them.
I enjoyed completing the story. I tried getting more events and trophies but decided to play something else as it gets grindy.
Thank you for doing this commentating, I'm a male player, this help me deciding my purchase!

Still have to finish Ryza but this looks cute
Ryza is also worth finishing :3 hope you enjoy both ^__^
My first was Firis, never finished it. But I came back to play the remake. I was torn between this, Sophie and Ryza.

I'd like: Atelier Tara and the Secret jrpgs
Love it 😂💖
@@JRPGJungle Ahah ✌🏻😜
