      +MrFysik I think they are coyly referencing Norm's interviewing style, both are fine but Adam is enthusiastic to HEAR about a subject, Norm likes to TALK about a subject.

      +Edgar Honestly, Tested is one of my favourite channels on UA-cam. It consistently uploads high quality and long content. I mean some weeks you get something like 5 interesting 20 minute+ videos it feels like.

      +Daniel G: Good observation and I totally agree. Adam is truly a genius - even socially! Social skills like Adam's should be the norm - not the exception.
      Also, mad respect for the skills of these two gentlemen. And I really envy a person who can make a living by doing what he/she is passionate about. Damn.

    I always love seing Adam getting truly excited about things, so many TV/UA-cam shows where it's clearly just a job for them, but with Adam you can just feel it right away. And a nice story about a man who gets to do his passion as a living, and does it amazingly well.

    This was pretty amazing to watch after seeing the shop tour. It just kept going and going with even greater details coming to light. Tested, please continue a series of videos with Adam and Ryan as the current replica project progresses!

    I think the thing I like most about this video is the amazing passion that Adam brings to Tested. His energy and excitement are so contagious. I have never given Apollo spacesuits a single thought, but after watching this video I have this strange urge to own or at least wear one. As for Ryan, he brings such a humble and down to earth attitude to some absolutely incredibly detailed work. I agree, we need to see more of Ryan on Tested. Keep up the awesome work guys.

      Nope, I'm doing the Martian suits. They are neoprene, and mostly glued, very few stitches.

    I know a lot of people love tested just cause of adam, and I normally try to do posts with love for norm and stuff.
    But damn, having two makers nerd out of each others stuff just gives a nice feeling when I watch it.

    The best way to weather it may be to put some dust into a tray on the floor/outside, then put the suit on and mess around with it (kneel into it, wipe loose off with lunar gloves, etc). That way the dust will go "where it should" and may look like a more natural result.

    That is absolutely fascinating. The attention to detail and the pride and precision put into each of the replica suits is outstanding. To see someone of Adam's stature and prop experience, still geek out, gets me laughing and geeking out too! This was an amazing, in-depth video and I can't wait to see more about this particular series. I think content like this can and will inspire future generations to actually want to design next-generation spacesuits. Keep up the excellent work, guys!

    I met this guy, or a guy wearing one of his suits at an RPF party a couple years ago. Not sure because he never opened his helmet visor, lol. You have to respect the amount of work Ryan does to make these replicas a reality.

    So, then, does this suit date back to before Ryan developed his 3F logo? I see A-L markings on the hose connections. Or maybe just the connectors were pieces he had already made...
