Pretty Good, I would really like to find this book. Or better yet "The Best of Snake-Eyes" compilation book.

I loved those comics. I remember getting this one and being blown away. I told my older brother, who didn't read comics, to check it out and he did. He thought it was fantastic and asked to see the other GI Joe comics I had. A couple years ago on vacation I found a good comic book store that had all the old comics in bound volumes. This and "Shakedown" were the first two I reread after many, many years.
If Hollywood would have done a shot for shot live action movie of Silent Interlude GI Joe would have been a great film. Sadly it was not to be.
I just found my ragged copy today. I had no idea it was so influential - I just remember 'reading' it over and over as a kid. Thanks for doing this. Cool idea.
ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE ISSUES HAD 20 THRU LIKE 58 59 THOSE WERE THE BEST TIMES...ISSUES 26 AND 27 WERE GREAT TO SNAKE EYES ORIGINS...

I love this video! GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!!!! THANK YOU. But this comic book is absolutely amazing: the art of Larry Hama is superb, great skills, he really understood anatomy and movie like action drawings....too bad he didn't do more int the GIJOE series....EXCELLENT, CLASSIC COMIC BOOK...STANDS OUT!

I remember this comic vividly. Especially like the grenade-into-the-sai -wielding, ninja’s face, a la; Raiders of the Lost Ark, bring-a-sword-to-a-gunfight, scene. (Did Scarlett really need saving? It’s like a happy accident. End of story board, “damn. She can save herself. Oh well. Fire the writers and release it silent. The fandom will eat it up like it’s a metaphor for our coolest and mute character, Snake-Bite...Er eyes. Whatever. Start printing money!!”

I like the idea of animating this, and the sound was nicely done. If I may suggest, though, that you refrain from making "every" panel pan through, as it starts to feel a bit off. Let the camera sit on a spot for a few seconds now and then for dramatic pause.

There's so much music associated with the GI Joe cartoon series, that I wish you'd used some of that.
I think "the other" video is better than this. The music fits better and it is a little confusing with all the close up. Another thing is that this episode is meant to be a "silent interlude" >>> No sound effects.
Apart from that I appreciate anybody who makes a video of a great comic so keep up the good work (both of you)

It lacked everything this had
so you use a helicopter sound for the transport plane, but you dont use it until SE already jumped out....hmmmmm
Wow! Sick job! 21-27 marvel gi joe the snake eyes background issues so awsum. F those aberrations of movie versions. This is gi joe not with the rock as roadblock. really? Or that p o s that was out a few years ago. It was silent with no words just frames because snake eyes doesn't talk. It's from his point of view. It changed the way i looked at graphics. I started graphic design due to the marvel comics versions of gi joe esp. # 21 its the wallpaper on my phone LoLz Cheers to u agai
It should say Gijoe Silent Interlude;PANNING. the Panning was making me dizzy.Good effort though.
