It keeps getting the language wrong for me. Hungarian video and SE tried to treat it as Spanish. All settings are correct, still....

If I understand you correct you want only one line of subtitles. Go to: Options - Settings - General and change:
max number of lines: 1,
unbreak subtitles shorter than: change the number to one more than single line max length.

Acabo de agregar subtítulos en inglés y español. Yo mismo no hablo español, así que solo puedo esperar que la traducción al español generada automáticamente tenga sentido. I just added English and Spanish subtiles. I don't speak Spanish myself so I can only hope that the automatically generated Spanish translation makes sense.
