I think a ‘My next Porsche’ series would be great. Going through all the potential options and test drives, ordering your Porsche and the whole build process, and showing us a selection of ‘PTS’ options you would consider and going to the Porsche experience centre, maybe even picking it up in Germany and driving it on a road trip somewhere.

i think you should get rid of the RS6 and swap for a Gt4 like that because as awesome as the RS6 is, it doesn't really scream Sam! to me but the GT4 does.

I agree, 991.2 GT3 Touring is peak 911 for me too. Especially a comfort spec in Crayon.
The GT2 RS MR looks so mental, something Batman would build.
That GT4 is absolutely gorgeous in the pts colour, and I’d have that Cayenne turbo GT over any of the other super fast SUV’s because it’s understated👌
This is the “style” video you do best.
However, you trip over your modesty too much Sam… Stop apologizing for pointing out things I’m sure many of us like and what makes your videos enjoyable.
We do enjoy architecture, lifestyle, food, coffee (although my doctor said I’m done with caffeine…damn) and all the little tid-bits that make up the scenery.
You have to eat a meal to get to dessert and that Ultra Violet GT4 is delicious!

Love the Touring with the comfort seats - sensible choice if you want to use it.
There’s only one Turbo S Exclusive Series in my country and it’s for sale for 315K USD with 5.5K kilometers on the clock.
Buckets are actually more comfortable on long trips that the comforts. They’re a bit of a pain to get into, but they’re not uncomfortable once you’re there. Can’t imagine getting a GT car without them.

I’ve done a similar thing on our Spyker with registration. Registered in Europe at any of the countries with a very small/no import tax, then have the car in the UK in summer and Europe in winter under temporary import. No VAT or duty.
I like Adam Lz's new gt3, however I miss his old 991.2 gt3 rs with the Dundon exhaust!

the story of that porcelain factory is very interesting if it is the same one I remember. they were bought by mark lasry's hedge fund and are a spectacular case study on buyouts and restructuring

So the Porsche GT4 has two less seats, two less doors, no storage, near as damn it the same power, not 4wd (if that’s what you like), as an Audi RS3. It is only 7 secs slower than the Porsche around the “ring”. Price from on both cars is £25k less for the RS3 than the GT4, but everyone is moaning the RS3 is too expensive? I see it as pretty good value tbh.
That's what these guys miss. They associate a name with a price instead of performance and quality with the price.

I like the GTS 4.0 version of the 718. You get the 4L six and it comes with a stick shift. I don't like the wing or the price of the GT4.
In the US its almost 10k more to go GT4 over GTS when similarly equipped… 10k more for aero, GT3 suspension, slightly more power and redline & potentially hold its value better? 🤔
