The innocent feeling of you guys clashing with uncle Roger but still laughing and so on is very entertaining i must say
The gasp at the spork is so hilarious.
I love how both of you were shocked when she took out her spork.
Shall I tell you why that lid created that fire? Due to heating up the oil the oxygen escaped from under the lid, thus creating a vacuum inside the pan. When you lifted the lid the oxygen rushed back in under pressure and the hydrocarbons in the oxygen reacted with the oil and it ignited.
That's not basic physics but rather basic chemistry. 😉

Just some context about this (my crap impression of endless fact Steve) Just like Gordon Ramsey is known for shouting like a lunatic or Jamie Oliver is known for ...im still figuring it out.. cultural destruction?! Nigella's Unique TV Chef identity was, sexy very very upper class lady playing domestic cooking goddess, the lady couldn't even say Cheese without making it sound sexual!!
So Uncle Roger isn't just being dirty for no reason this time, he's just playing to her stereo type!
Nigella probably has people that cook for her in real life because she's not just rich but so very upper class British so calling her a professional chef is, er... correct in the loooosest sense of the words! lol
If I recall correctly she is also the daughter of a Lord of some kind and literally No one in UK watched her for the cooking skills! She was like the Anna Kournikova of cooking.
She was also famous for being married to the famous/infamous? British Iraqi, Charles Saatchi, former Advertising Mogul and the founder of the amazing and world famous Saatchi Gallery (A definite must visit for anyone who loves Art and visits London) which he actually eventually donated to the British public with hundreds of ridiculously priceless amazing art works from the worlds greatest, so its super easy for anyone to go and see, as it is now owned by the British public.
That is one thing I love about going to London, most of the Art galleries and Museums are easy and pretty much free to see!
Unfortunately their marriage ended about 6 years, and I'm not exaggerating, in the most spectacular, messy and public car crash divorce in celebrity history, with photos of him choking her during an argument (playfully according to him?!! In a move now ''playfully'' termed ''The Saatchi Handshake'') splashed all over the front page of newspapers (google Nigella divorce... its kinda unreal and worth it) as they were sitting and having lunch outside a restaurant in Central London. And amidst the accusations of domestic abuse, and in the course of this most messy divorce scandal with a side order court case of their personal assistants defrauding them of over a million pounds mixed in, released looooots of crazy damaging private facts? about her and her family she struggled to deny in court, like the accusation that she was high a lot, loved to drink wine like it was orange juice, and of course that she and her kids from her first marriage were partial to a looot of white powder like Uncle Roger (definitely not MSG though) hence the running joke here about white powder.
I feel sorry for her because after that she will always forever be known as ''Higella'' in the Press which is unfair, because as someone who personally knows a few people in these circles of British upper class society.. this is the norm lol and that as they say is history.
I'm sure I'm missing some parts, it really was that crazy!

Whatever excitement Uncle Roger felt with Nigella has surely been quashed by the sentimental ballad composed of that horrifying sound the vegetables made as they were being added to the pot. Those poor vegetables were just beginning their first date only to be done in by the heat of the hot broth. Their only hope is that their ballad will become a husky hit in the near future.
I'm fucking dying at how she pronounces microwave.
Did you know that Nigella's father is Nigel Lawson...he used to be the British Chancellor of the Exchequer...basically the finance minister for the UK government back in the 1990s...
Now ive had to watch all of uncle rogers videos twice with your reaction videos....haha!!!

6:40 Yeah, always keep an eye on the oil when you're cooking :D Back in 2017 a neighbor almost caused a fire, cause he left some steak to grill and went out to get some alcohol :D I had just fallen asleep after a night shift at my back then job, so I got a grand total of 30 minutes of nap before I got woken up by the fire truck :D
Edit: Oof, 1/5 rating for Nigella :D Yeah, I'm not sure I'd like eating that bowl of ramen-like thing, it didn't seem like it would taste like anything particular.

Sorry to say but this is NOT ramen, it's instant noodle. Honestly it looks like leftovers to feed to pork. It may be/look healthy but saying this is ramen, is quite an insult. Even my homestyle instant noodle looks better than this.
