These reviews are exceptional. Very in-depth and descriptive, and all presenters are personable and professional. It is always disappointing to see embarrassed looking people stumble their way through reviews so this channel is very refreshing. Well done, and thanks!
i just test drove one. he's right about the sluggish auto transmission, but what he failed to mention was the paddle gear changers that allow you to select 6 virtual gears which change quickly and give you the revs and power when you need it. It becomes a far better to drive in this mode.
I dont know about the variations or addional options, but when I rented one of these for a vacation though the BC mountains I sometimes found its lack of power dangerous. Often enough having it floored bearly got the vehicle to 120km/h. And if you were on an incline, you were lucky to maintain highway speed.
It is related to CVT transmition. It is deferent than regular auto transmition and not response as old transmision. It takes few weeks to find how you can get more power with it.
Agree However lots of changes in 2012. New insulation that make pretty quite inside, re-programed CVT transmission, new alloy wheel, and you can add up premium package that include lether seats and console, Navigation, Backup Camera and 40GB Media Center. I have one from last December. Love It!
@bajatoma You'll be able to fit in the car comfortably and fine, all he's saying, (which is completely true, seeing as how I drove many of these brand new at my work) is that the seat just doesn't adjust low enough if you like to sit lower down. It feels a bit high and uncomfortable. If you're short this car is perfect
maybe if u used the manual shifters u would get better acceleration and btw the cruise control controls the speed well perhaps u should learn to use these devices if your not a strong driver
Rear cupholder / armrest is only available in the top GT model which is a bit frustrating as there are no place for drinks for rear passengers in the lower trims.
well i guess the simulated gears just arent very good cause i have a manual gearbox and it feels great i have driven the automatic and the cvt is not great for inclined highways like u said
Why is it difficult to get auto parts for Mitubishi cars in Montreal? I would like purchase this modal. However, I heard that it is difficult to get auto parts.
Are you kidding me? I was driving manual for the entire 2500km trip. I tried all variations at all speeds for gears 4, 5, and 6, uphill and downhill; city and highway; mountain and flat. Using them needs no explanation. Driving the car on flat surfaces is fine, but it simply does not have the power for adequate mountain driving. On some hills having it floored in the optimal gear could not maintain traffic pace.
Be aware that no one has control of your eyes but you. If you took the time to read my opinion and gained nothing then it is you who wasted your time. This includes the possible time you may spend on response.

you can change the colour of the head unit.. in the settings...

How is it?

Do you still have it, and if so do you still love it...?
@@asylumslaves yes, I have it and love it. It is 11 years, without any issue, looks great and works like day one. It is shy of 170K KM
@@samannaeen9242 thanks man!! I'm looking to buy one for the winter 👍🏻
@@asylumslaves when I bought it, all trims came with 2L engine. After few years, Mitsubishi updated GT trim with 2.4L. Keep in mind
@@samannaeen9242 that's interesting thanks for the info my friend!!
Mitsubishi has a great engine one of the best we used to have one from 70s great it worked better than 2003 civic no joke! Model: Galant
I love the paddle shifter cvt to shift through those imaginary gears.

May I ask what's your height? I'm 6'4", and wonder whether I could fit into this car, especially when you mentioned that tall driver loose.
Juke is very smaller than RVR and based on Versa Chasis! RVR is based on Outlander chasis with shorter trunk and hood.

mitsubishi asx vs mazda cx-5 .whichone better?

Not in Toronto
Ok, here it is.
How tall are you? What is the space like
The GT is not new for 2012, I have a 2011 GT i bought feb 2011.
Overall great car!

Would it have helped if it were AWD or does that not matter for mountains/hills?
typical rainy Vancouver
Why GT? Juke has standard turbo engine... More like Limited
It's strange how the offer the "GT" with a CVT only.
How can they offer a vehicle with only 148 HP and it has only mediocre fuel mileage
+Andrew Dishman Because MSRP is lower than the competition.
Andrew Dishman 1.8 mitzubishi rvr 4x4 S.U.V.. review.
juke is not very practical...i had one...u cnt get anything in the trunk if the backseats are up...its good for small performance tho.
To be utterly honest, the only thing good on this vehicle is the headlights. They really are amazing at night.
Great!

The cvt should ive been called continuous Garbage Transmission
GT??? but it still comes with a popcorn 148Hp engine? jeez... if im paying that much for "gt" i dont care about gas milage, i want more power!
This is just mitsubushi info mercial.
its so tiny! (is what she might have said)
Great review. Terrible vehicle. Too small, too underpowered and CVTs are awful to drive!!!
how do you say its good looking at the back,God should forgive you
i think it's just me who think that this car looks ugly and a bit hideous :(
underpowered, ugly inside , ugly outside. typical mitsu
Great styling, shame about the engine!
good for you waste seconds of my life listening about u unable to drive in traffic BORING LOL
