  • These 30 second exercises in bed is a simple yet effective way to improve mobility, prevent injury, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. When we sleep, our muscles and joints can become stiff and tight. By incorporating gentle stretching into our morning routine, we can increase blood flow to our muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance range of motion. This can help reduce the risk of injury during daily activities and promote overall physical well-being. These stretch exercises targets the neck, midback, lower back, pelvic floor muscles, hips, and glutes, helping to release tension and improve posture.     This is an amazing way to start the day, or when u maybe have been laying on the couch a long time or for whatever reason been still for a period of time, this is great an almost everyone can do them.

    My sciatica eased off enough so that I could walk Miss Lola B down the driveway.
    Personally like a yoga squat.
    But this is great too

    An added and noticeable other benefit to these: Your Abs! Take a selfie of your current Abs and then compare at the end of each week. Within a month, you'll be very surprised. Doubly so if you do exercise #1 for 2-3 minutes. Cutting way back or elimenating sugars & processed foods will entirely transform your body. Your waist will love you! (And your spouse or SO)

    *Remember your body needs to keep moving* !!!!
    *I have heard at the Age 30 years old, is when you started noticing changes in the body, Mentally /Physically*
    Do whatever you can NOT to end up with Knee or Hip issues , this isn't just for the older people , this can
    happen to anyone And do yourself a favor , Change Your Diet , eat more healthy , to avoid Acid Reflux,
    Erosion Esophagus ( acidity foods and drinks, greasy , spicy, fried foods) to avoid NOT to end up having Esophageal Cancer , it spreads fast.
    Each year, over 200,000 people end up with it . At this point there's over several Million people who has it now,
    and it can happen to Anyone Age.
