  • I recreated my recent Hotel Caravana neon sign as a scaled-down, backlit "can" sign by stacking individually cut slices to form the cabinet.

    POWER SUPPLY NOTES
    Regarding the power supply listed above:
    ▶ I highly recommend the Mean Well series of power supplies, which I've now used for years without a problem.
    ▶ One spool of the LEDs listed above draws 2 amps DC, so if you're using a full spool, you want a power supply listed above that. I listed a 3-amp supply above.
    ▶ For other models, search for Mean Well APV. This series goes up to 3 amps. For higher amperage, or for outdoor use, search for the LPV series.
    ▶ These are meant to be general recommendations and not expert advice. Good luck!
