Smita I would like to add something. Instead of fry all these in a kadhai, take a pressure pan take oil+ some khada masala n chilli power + onion long slices after translucent + add roughly chopped tomatoes and small pieces of ginger n garlic. Fry for 3/4 mins +add just 2/3 tb sp water then put lid and take 2/3 wistle (शिट्टी). Open after cooling n make a paste in a mixer. Put the paste in ice trays to make cubes. Remove the hard cubes n store in a container in deep Freezer. Much more convenient to take out required no of cubes to make gravy. No need to add any masalas.
