Are you asking about ice storage during events or at a permanent location? For events we typically will just store the ice in a cooler, permanent locations that have access to power, just store it in a freezer. If you have questions, please call in to 801-268-2225.
Must you remove the block in between customers if there is a time with no customers? Say like 10-15 minutes? Or can the block stay on the machine no matter what?
You can leave the block in the machine. If you're not going to be shaving for an extended period of time, then think about putting it back in the freezer, but if you have a steady stream of customers you can leave it in the shaver.
