So glad to have found this video! I've been wanting to start a snow cone trailer here in Florida. Coach has done so many things I've been thinking about doing when I start. I learned a lot!
I am glad I ran across this video. I too am thinking of starting a snoball business and a trailer is the way I am going to go. I worked at a snoball stand as a teen in New Orleans. A small stand on Franklin Ave. down the street from McDonlads on St. Claude Ave. It was called Mike's Snoballs. I have grandchildren now and hope to share some of my childhood with them.
Thanks for sharing this interview! I am in the process of taking a leap and starting a business I have always wanted since I was a teenager! I'm from Orange TX and my grandparents on my father side live in Baton Rouge LA so I know about the taste of an awesome Snow Ball! I would say with that ice shaver he has they are not snow cones but block ice shave Ice which is really fine.
