Amanda Walker no but the person who cut my hair combed my hair all the way out dry and caused a lot of damage. She then cut it as if it were straight hair, also dry, so I had to let my hair grow out a bunch and then get it trimmed correctly to fix all of the damage. So it seems like I got a big chop lol.

Oh no 😭 Definitely try to find a curly hair stylist! I found mine on deva curl’s website, but I believe ouidad also has certified stylists as well. I’ve had my fair share of bad stylists as well and it definitely sucks wasting your time, money and hair 😭😭

Gel is the saviour to combatting frizz. Get a small amount and run through your hands so that they are covered and praying hands it through your hair with it upside down and scrunch. Don't touch your hair AT ALL while its wet and drying either. That's the main culprit to making frizz appear.

Yep my hair was long and when it was curly it was curly and there was a point where it went straight I couldn't stand it not coiling at the end so I cut the straight off about 2 or 3 inches and my wash and goes look great because the curls go all the way down !! I don't have the length I had but the curls look so much better and healthy actually probably over an inch grew back already and it's only been a little over a month ! It's worth cutting it

I never really knew that I had wavy/curly hair every time I washed it, it was frizzy but not wavy or curly. Now I began to watch videos of how you refresh dead curls, because I got chopped of my hair a lot and found out they are a bit wavy but only in the lower section of my hair. Ballsy Bunny don’t feel bad just shave it off and it will grow back! Trust me I’ve dyed my hair several colors and it’s now back to its original tone after I’ve shaved it which I get the urge to shave it like I let it grow out then it gets unbearable to deal with cuz it’s coily and thick so I just shave it off and basically go on vacation🙂trust me you will get your curls back I did👩🏻‍🦱actually I’m sort of a ginger but there’s no curly hair red head emoji☹️☹️☹️☹️

You are sooo beautiful and watching your videos gives me hope that my hair will one day flourish! My hair is a hot mess to say the least and wearing It down sometimes isn't the best option because I have a million different curl patterns and random patches of hair that are straight so It looks really crappy. As long as my buns and up do's aren't tight is that okay?? (I also use a large satin scrunchie so theres minimal breakage) love your videos

Thank you so much for watching! Keeping them as loose as possible is definitely going to help, and try not to brush the curls back too often :)

@@amandarrwalker so you also didn´t cut them shot as you had a bit regrowth durinng transitioning from bleached to virgin hair? I heard the splitted ends from th bleach hair would go up. If thats true, it would also meet the virgin hair. Both is horrible cutting them too early so that the hair is very short but protected from split ends a the regrowth, as well as keeping the hair to not feel like having a very short hair cut but breakage also on the virgin hair which means, longer tansitioning.

Yes! When I was transitioning I trimmed my hair every two weeks for this reason. The damage was irreversible so the only thing to do was cut the hair off. This worked for me instead of doing a big chop 😊 Eventually I got a professional curly cut to shape the hair and cut most of the damage

What can I do if my hair is tangling a looooot after 2 days of washing it?

  • @jimenaduran3936

I have a question, I am an athlete and I use ponytails, I expose it to the sun, and sweat daily so that is why I wash it every day, although I still have thick, full and nice curly hair. My only issue is that the back middle part of my hair is very frizzy and most of my ends in that area are weird and they don't get as curly as the other parts. I can't not wash it every day because I feel very dirty with all the sweat, sun and dust, so my question is, how can I have a healthier hair even with the sun, sweat and ponytails?
