@@KL-eb7cu okay I'm not sure how this pertains to the point I was trying to make but you are right.
I didn't even need to watch this vid to make my PS5 lay down
this man sounds like benson from regular show
2 years later, still cant find one in a store.
I see them everywhere now. Sony even declared the shortage over.
Plus, they weren't THAT hard to get as long as you knew what you were doing. Yeah if you just randomly looked for one you were SOL, but if you subscribed for updates from the right people it wasn't too hard. I got one for me, my stepdad and my brother over a year ago just because I knew what I was doing.
If you need to repair your PS5, take it to a GOOD repair shop, or if you know how to repair it well yourself then do that. Getting it done cheap is NOT the way to go, ladies and gentlemen.
Thanks for the information
My ps5 has been in a vertical position since I got it, it’s still quiet, and does not overheat. I got mine 2 months after it launched aswell. People experiencing this simply went to a repair shop that wasn’t the best and didn’t reseal it properly.
I've had mine since 2019 and the liquid metal is all gone.....lmao
I litterly just got done watching a short about you getting debunked about this 💀😂
That's crazy bro, anyways I gotta get back to playing God of War on my vertical PS5
Same haha
Risk taker of the highest calibre I see 👀 me to lol
@@clungebuster420dayz9
Nah. Mines been vertical for nearly a year and it's fine
I wonder how many of those cases were in smoking homes? If you live in a smoking home everything wears and tears way quicker.
I’ve had the ps5 practically since it first released and have had it vertical for almost 3 years and have had no issues
Me watching this video without a PS5
Same
It's funny that I thought about this being an issue long before this was on UA-cam
Normal computers stand upright too and does not have this issue.
There was absolutely no reason to believe that this would be a problem
Why? Do you even know why?
It’s not lmao, this is a myth proven wrong many times, originated from a news article dramatically twisting someone’s words
@@sorvex9 normal computers have regular thermal paste liquid metal is rarely used and those of us that do use it know IT WILL drip after a while thats the nature of liquid metal is not a defect its just how it is
I have had no issues so sucks for those that have that problem
gta6 gonna be wild
Ever since that other video, I can't help but notice those cold, dead, AI assisted eyes 👀
oh yeah, I didnt even notice
Man this is good, my Huawei laptop have that feature, but using just a tiny amount of cpu it is not that flawless.
Same here. I hate it. He needs to stop
anyone old enough to remember the vertical PS2 issues already knew to not do this.
I’m still going to keep it standing up
I've never used any of my playstations in vertical, so this week when I finally get i will continue the proud tradition of placing it horizontally
This actually happens if you open the ps5 and don't close it properly.
Lies it happens regardless
@@ITSOVERZION how u know lil bro
No? It happened to me
@@KingLannisdid you take it to a bad repair shop
No
it would be nice if you also mention that there was like... 20 of the cases of that malfunction between millions and millions of consoles sold.
They also said don’t hold it like it’s a drink, but look at you 😂
Bro pointed something out that was allready known ages ago💀
This guy is holding some real grudges against sony
Some company stated this then went back on it and said it was false. I read about it a few days ago.
Thanks man although to be extra safe I’m just gonna let it hang upside down from its power cord because then it’s not standing at all so I should hopefully never get this problem
