Daily morning routine 1.Bed stretches to massage the internal organs. 2. Oral hygiene - drink a glass of water and brush your teeth. 3. Drink coriander water. 4. A brisk walk. 5. Shavasana for 10 mins. 6. Pranayama. 7. Eat a gut friendly breakfast like oatmeal, add apples/banana.
Before drinking water first thing in the morning, one needs to brush their teeth, or at least rinse the mouth and spit out, so that after sleep mouth taste contamination isn't swallowed / taken in. This important common sense hygienic ABC has to be emphasized according to Ayurveda. 🙏

I have been suffering from acid reflux with stomach pain and chest pain for the past 9 months! I go through pain every day! I do not know what else to do! However I understand almost everything useful and beneficial needs to be done empty stomach, early in the morning, like eat that,drink that, do that . All supposed to be done as soon as one wakes up. All ayurevedic doctors and others advice the same. Please do a video on prevention, healing of "vata" that causes ocular pathologies such as PVD, large floaters that is leading to serious conditions, retinal detachment. When this happens to anyone, specially young people it is devastating. So, if you can share herbs, medication, food, yoga that can strengthen vitreous gell, increase eye health by reducing vata (other matters), that is appreciated.
I wake up, drink warm water, get fresh, do brush, do yoga for an hour and take breakfast. I am pure vegetarian, I don't intake any alcohol or nicotine, still suffering from hyper acidity, indigestion and constipation. I wake up at 4:45 and leave home at 5:45 eating this early in morning is not possible. I don't enjoy eating food outside so i don't get to eat till 1 or 2 in afternoon.
