27:05 The incident that Quizzy is referring to is an incident where an old lady purchased coffee from McDonalds and burned herself, but it wasn't that simple. The woman was in her 90s, she was sitting in her car as she was trying to add cream and sugar to her coffee. She accidentally spilled it on herself. As it turns out, the coffee was insanely hot, giving her 3 degree burns on her thighs, buttocks and her... privates. She spent a good long time in the hospital. A lawsuit was filed. In discovery, it was found that McDonald's knew the coffee was too hot. It was part of a strategy to cut down on free refills.
Yea, I remember that. It was so hot and the burn so bad see need skin graft and the family wanted the money to pay for the medical bills. Normal hot coffee doesn't cause 3rd degree burns.

Their coffee back then was way too damn hot. Literally boiling. That poor old woman was stuck with $50k+ in medical bills and McDonalds didn't pay her shit or pay her medical bills.
This exactly this, they knew it was bad, they paid good money to tell people it was just some hot coffee and not a big deal a JURY awarded them all that money to set an example and make mcdonalds fix their coffee policy. They didn't ask for that much they Jury and judge agreed to do it as punitive damages to the company to force them to regulate it better.

Little story about the McDonald's Hot Coffee Woman... The coffee was supposed to be kept around 150°F but it was actually up to 190°F. This temperature, near boiling of 212°F, ended up causing sever burns, up to 2nd degree, and forcing the older woman to undergo numerous surgeries. She knew the coffee was hot, was as carful as could be, but the burns she received were far beyond the scope of "safe". LOL this episode was actually a lot smarter than people gave it credit for because it combines the crack epidemic, gentrification, and the toxic aspects of cultural heritage all at once. Also, the "McDonald's hot coffee case" is one of the most comically misunderstood cases in history. Stella Liebeck (i.e. the plaintiff at the center of it) was a 79-year-old woman whose grandson drove her to a McDonald's in Albuquerque. She was in a parked car when the spill happened and she fully admitted that the spill was her fault. However, the only reason the coffee did so much damage was because it was heated to over 180 degrees (most coffee today is heated to about 140 for comparison). She suffered second and third degree burns to her legs, ass, and cooch, had to undergo emergency skin grafts, and nearly died. She didn't even want to sue at first-- she just wanted help from McDonald's in paying off the $20,000 she accumulated in out-of-pocket medical expenses, but when McDonald's only offered $700, she had no choice but to sue. At trial, the jury found that McDonald's acted so irresponsibly that they awarded Stella a judgement in the amount of $2.4 million. This was later reduced by the judge to just south of $600,000. The case was eventually settled on appeal for just north of $500,000. This wasn't a case of jackpot justice-- it was actually a rare case where a working-class citizen sued a billion-dollar company, won, and made the world a better place because of it.

Funny thing is its 18 St & 13 St with senior citizens and agricultural seasonal migrant workers are the town biggest demographics with descendants of Army Cavalry, Quakers, Irish, Italian and Chinese being around since the founding of the town.
The Mac Donald’s case was actually a bit more complex than that the reason she sued the company was because someone caused it to fall on her and the coffee gave her third degree burns and she had to get surgery.
The woman who sued McDonald's received 3rd degree burns that fused her labia skin because that McDonald's had their coffee at almost boiling temperature

And nine times out of ten, that food knocks me the hell out. Thank goodness my lunch break is an hour long I guess 🤷🏾♂️
*Edit to Add:* I love Huey to death, but his brontosaurus ass eating habits ain't it for me, even though he's right.
10:30 that "white boy" was so clean lmao!
Currently, Elon Musk is focused on figuring out how to stop Twitter from falling apart and potentially bursting into flames.
Edit: Look up that McDonald's case. That McDonald's was in the wrong big-time and she was mostly made a mockery of in the media to deflect the fact they were serving their coffee at like 200°.
24:36 😂
That bathroom line is from Friday, right?
The Luther is a real burger 😂😂😂
The coffee lawsuit was due to the coffee causing 3rd degree burns after accidentally spilling it on her lap, nearly killing her.
I love your reactions to South Park but I am happy to see a reaction to The Boondocks again!! 😊
Can't hate on the Wuncler. Capitalism is the game and He run it like Monopoly💰💯
What better puppet for Wuncler than Robert *FREE* man, as he calls him? 🤷🏻
@@heavyglamrocker1987 Jazmine for the nth damn time in a row, prolly...
The ODG cookout man I'd fly out for that it sounds awesome
Kind of funny to think that "itis" in medical terminology means "infection of the"😆
The McDonald's thing wasnt just it was hot. The lady got 3rd degree burns when it accidentally spilled on her. At the time McDonald's served their coffee so hot that if you spilled it on you, you could of got 3rd degree burns in 5-7 seconds.
My dad always tries to tip like 5 dollars when we go to a restaurant the rest of us just don't think it's enough so we make him tip atleast 20 dollars.
I don't think he understands how little they get paid but he's a good person.
Soulfood is very unhealthy, but that’s ok. Many cultures food can be highly fattening and full of seasoning. Just cook it the healthiest way, and only eat it sparingly, have an oval good diet plan to substitute the constant soul food, and lastly to exercise.
Friday was a good movie
So moral of the story: don’t eat soul foods on the daily… and learn CPR
Grandad is full chad lol. When a woman licks her lips and flips her hair when talking to that guy she fancies him without him trying so hes a chad.
Yep from Friday lol
Quizzy that’s from the Friday rip grandad freemen 🌹💔🕊🕊🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Mr. Wunchler basically owns the country the president is in his back pocket he runs things. Remember the kickball episode. Or the season 3 finale?

I mean I’m not Jewish but down there every religious person make religious jokes about other religions so yeah who cares and I think it’s called a Hanukkah 9:33
Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday. The hat is called a yarmulka
That burger was comparable to the virginia heartbreaker
Straight from Franxico
The woman sued McDonald's for spilling coffee on herself cause it was too hot.
That’s a complete lie how about you actually look into the story.
Wuncler was an evil genius
The pink sauce shit looked like the girl was dipping her tenders in pepto. No one got the same looking shit when they ordered theirs. Also this whole episode is exactly how the crack epidemic in cities like LA helped gentrify historic black neighborhoods like Compton and Inglewood, by breaking down property value.
Foot Locker next to the Chinese Buffet and Mongolian Barbecue here 😅 in a farming town 🤣🤣🤣. Funny thing is its 18 St & 13 St with senior citizens and agricultural seasonal migrant workers are the town biggest demographics with descendants of Army Cavalry, Quakers, Irish, Italian and Chinese being around since the founding of the town.
I'm Mexican and my friends black shows me this Shows I laughed my a$$ off because it's funny
I mean nobody told anybody to eat there everyday😂
17:20 ODG cookout?
Orange 🍊 Chicken 🍗 with Peas 🫛
A Godless meal with all that Pork
The Mac Donald’s case was actually a bit more complex than that the reason she sued the company was because someone caused it to fall on her and the coffee gave her third degree burns and she had to get surgery.
I live in Louisiana and they eat some crazy sh t down here fr lol
I kinda wanna try gator
The woman who sued McDonald's received 3rd degree burns that fused her labia skin because that McDonald's had their coffee at almost boiling temperature
