I went to my local tjmaxx and they didn’t have the retinol one from advanced clinicals. They had one with vitamin c and turmeric and then one with hyaluronic acid and then another with collagen. For now I went with the vitamin c and turmeric. Going to skip the one with collagen since topical collagen doesn’t do anything if I’m not mistaken correct?

@@DrDrayzday Curious if you've ever been stopped in stores for wearing a backpack or hoodie with the hood up. I saw that in earlier posts. I wore a backpack into Walmart the other day because I bike commute. Oh boy, did I get stopped and asked to empty out my bag and had my picture taken on the staff's personal cell phone outside. IDK if this is an issue in your area.

I purchased that exact microfiber hair towel you picked up while I was at our local TJ Maxx and I have to say I'm very impressed with the amount of water it soaks up from my wet hair. It is a good buy. Thanks for taking us shopping! Fun day!

I do enjoy a TJ Maxx shopping trip. A small one opened around Christmas about 20 minutes from me and I was so excited! Lol! I live pretty far from most stores so it doesn't take much. Has proven to be wonderful but dangerous too! I rarely buy any skin care there but I do buy hair products, clothes and things for my home. That aveeno prebiotic oat body wash is pretty good! I bought it from Amazon (I've not seen it in stores) and it's soothing and smells good. It does have fragrance so it's not for sensitive skin but I don't have issues with the fragrance in it, not like I do with other washes. And yes, I just bought a hair dry organizer and was totally on the fence too but it's nice to keep all those bulky hair tools neatly organized.

When we're talking about vitamin E allergy from skincare, are we talking tocopherol, or tocopheryl acetate, more specifically? Because I noticed that foundations, moisturizers, concealers, etc, with tocopherol in them, break me out (with very small surface pimples). However, tocopheryl acetate is perfectly fine. There is a difference between them, in terms of comedogenic potential, so I've always thought that was the reason why tocopherol upsets my skin
