Bonus to going and getting your Gideon's cookies/cake slices at East End Market instead....the AWESOME Winter Park Biscuit Co. next door to the bakery has the Death Valley Chik sandwich and I will go out of my way any day of the week to get this crunchy spicy goodness. Best sandwich ever!!

Salt and Straw’s turkey ice cream was one of the most delicious ice creams I’ve ever had! I was shocked, it was absolutely delightful!

Omg I follow Vivoli in Florence!!! I didn’t realize alllllll this time there was one in WDW! Anyway… I am staying walking distance from them when I go to Italy end of this month! Sooo excited and nice to know I’ll have a backup plan when I come back!

The hot chocolate at Ghirardelli is amazing. When it’s really hot out, I asked for a side of ice and mix it 0MG.
Omg the Ganachery’s hot ganache is a must for me every single time I’m there. It’s our first stop! I’m surprised this isn’t on the video, but then again less demand = more for me lol. Definitely going to have to try to Ghirardelli hot cocoa next time, too.
I’ve been watching you for about a month to prepare for my trip and outta of all I’ve learned from videos it’s that this girl loves her cheese

Last time I went to Pepe, not too long ago, the patatas bravas was made with fried potatoes again, not the bag potato chips. Really good snack, but took awhile for them to prepare.

Ghirardelli’s is very expensive. My husband and I shared a sundae and it was $25.Eventually, I would like to finally get a cookie at Gideons.We go to dis Springs once in the later part of the day, on our trips. The line is always overwhelming.
i got the chocolate covered strawberries at amorettes patisserie on my last trip, the chocolate was very low quality, nearly flavorless, and over priced. everything looked pretty though
Yeeeah… Amorette’s is very much about the “style” of their treats. Which is fine… but I definitely prefer other sweet treats 🍪 🍰

Unpopular opinion: Gideons is not that good, Summer House cookies are better. Never been a fan. If someone wants to wait 3 hours for me, I'll take a bite-but I've never been able to finish a whole cookie.
i’m not from north america so it could be that, but i only got a gideon’s cookie once, and i could literally only eat two bites of it. i’m going again in three years and i’m hoping the crowds will not be as long, and i think i’ll get a slice of cake instead!

you are RIGHT ON saying the sprouts are the best thing (under $10) at Polite Pig. it may be the best overall thing i've eaten on disney property along with homecomin' chicken biscuits.
The chips from Cooke's of Dublin look a little bit like Burger King fries and Dairy Queen French fries. I would willing to try them

Bit of a hot take here but I think Gideon's is overrated.
I agree with you! I like their cookies, but they’re not worth the wait. I just tried The Cookie Bar at Summer House on the Lake last week for the first time, and my husband and I were VERY pleasantly surprised at delicious their cookies were…and for no wait at all! That was our turning point in our thoughts about Gideon’s.

@@kdusel1991 We only got cookies from the Cookie Bar. We had wanted to try them anyway, and when we saw the line at Gideon’s, it made it that much easier to try a new place. We bought 6 flavors, and loved each one. The lemon cookie was my fave!

tough call, i would say their cookies are as good as advertised and their cold brews are incredible. but the wait is hard to justify. i'd say go on a weekday early if possible for a ~10 minute wait
