I have recently returned from an amazing family Disney World trip. And DFB was a big part of making that happen. All the videos and planning tools are fantastic. Keep up the great work AJ and the rest of the team
That’s so awesome to hear! Glad y’all had fun!
It's sad that the video was "Under $5" not too long ago! 😕
Exactly! Nothing under $5 anymore.
Whaaat? Thats wild
Nothing is under $5 now. Especially in an amusement park.
I remember that! It was only a few years ago 😢that
Under 5 …maybe a cookie
If you guys haven’t already done it, I think it would be so awesome if you could do a video about all the vegan options at Disney World!
Wish you put if it’s for the Dinning Plan or not
It would have been nice to know which of these were covered under the snack credit.
I luv the "I lava you," I will probably try the apple empanada next trip. Your team have the best jobs!
The tropical serenade is one of the best Disney snacks I've EVER had
We’re SO GLAD it’s still on the menu!
"Trust Issues with this Treat" 💀 💀 😂😂😂 So funny. Foodie Fam 💜
I can't wait to get a Grey Stuff cupcake again when we go in November. Hands down the yummiest cupcake I've ever had.
I'm so sad I never had it
Sleepy Hollow’s nutella fruit waffles - a MUST every trip!!! YUM. will try some of the others now with this info!
That waffle makes up probably 90% of my Magic Kingdom breakfasts 🤣
Thank you AJ and team! I sure do love your videos, shorts and daily newsletters! You guys are the best! ❤
Thank YOU! We love having you be a part of our adventures!
We love the fruit waffle for breakfast and any dolewhip is great anytime 😊
I’d love to see another best use of your snack credits video!! ❤
5 years ago this video would have been under 5 dollars
I hear ya on that so many of their treats are up there in price. I remember when the frozen lemonade the treat to go for.
It’s not just Disney. 5 years ago people would go into London and make “can I live in London for £1 a day” and be successful. Some guy I watch tried doing it in 2023 and said he just couldn’t do it :(
Disney posted over 30 billion in profit for 2023. Think of the shareholders.
I would love a video on vegetarian food around Disney World! I'm going to the park in a few months and everyone I'm going with is a vegetarian 😂
Yeah I've been waiting for that but I figured it must be a upsell guide. 😂
I was just going to ask how many of these items are vegan
That’s a great idea for a topic
@@krisrhood2127I don’t wanna steal dfb’s fire or anything because I love this channel, but if you want info/reviews on vegan food at Disney, I recommend the channel Princess and the Bear! They review a lot of vegan and vegetarian foods at Disney in addition to regular foods
🤮
Could be wrong but, I don't think you can take snacks on monorail or bus unless they are completely boxed and don't melt. No drinks, and you can't eat onboard.
I loved this video! The combination of a countdown and favorite snacks is a win-win. It threw me off when the spring rolls were not #1, but I agree with the kids meal deals. ❤❤❤
It was a close call!!
Oh my gosh the coconut ice cream is just eye watering amazing and I miss that Kokomara ? Float
Loved this video!! I laughed out loud when you said kids meals because my non Disney friends think I’m ridiculous for doing that. But come on! Look at the picture you took of Columbia harbor house- that’s a better kids meal then at home any day! Thanks for putting a smile on my face DFB!
Love this! Can’t wait to try these in 3 weeks 😅
You’ll have to let us know which one ends up being YOUR favorite!
The cream cheese pretzel. My favorite 😋
I will definitely be trying the hand pie and ice cream hack. Also the pineapple upside down cake
and 4 i missed then all when i was there 3 weeks ago (grump imoji). But still love the parks
Your videos are always helpful - can you please do a video on snack credit options around property on the dining plan. It’s nearly impossible to see what’s included ahead of a visit.
I gotta try that float at Auntie Gravity! Also that kids meal salmon with rice looks perfect for when I’ve already reached my heavy food quota many times over 😅
Great list AJ, but what about Lafous brew? So good!
My favorites are the Nutella Waffle, The Peanut Butter Cookie w/ M&Ms & my hubby loves the Geoffrey donut. Been wanting to try Gaston's Cinnamon roll but the wait was long in February when I went for my birthday, I left after 15 minutes 🥺
Cheeseburger spring rolls yasss they are so good!
Love Disney snacks my favorite is the chocolate dipped mickey’s ice cream delicious it’s so good so if anyone hasn’t tried it they should it’s everything ❤
A classic!
So good.
I’m going in July. I saw at least five new treats I have to try.
I'm a sucker for a classic pineapple Dole Whip, but I really want that fresh fruit waffle sandwich for breakfast!
*whispers* why not both? 🙊
I love the videos that DFB make as it always brings memories come to front of my mind. AJ has always made me feel as if I was there with them.
Aww I’m so happy to hear that.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and I wanna go back
That cream cheese stuffed pretzel looks exactly like the Wawa cream cheese stuffed pretzel, good to know 🤣
Coming to Disney World in October 2024 after having Bariatric surgery this past March. I’d love to know if there are any snacks with little to know added sugar and higher amounts of protein. Food while on vacation there is the only source of stress in our planning process! I want to be able to have fun and also eat some things with my family instead of walk around with boring protein bars in my park bag.
Unpopular opinion: I don't like the Cinnamon Roll at Gaston's Tavern. I feel like its an oversized Entaman's Roll with no flavor.
Gotta try the Citrus Swirl, but my fave, Le Fous Brew, wasnt even mentioned :(
Yes! The concentrated orange juice frozen carton!!! Minute Maid! Childhood!!
I can confirm that the Fruit Waffle from Sleepy Hollow is DELICIOUS and filling! I had my first last summer and now I'm making a point to enjoy it every time! I've even made it at home in between trips! 😋🤤
It's SO good, a lot of us here at DFB also get it on every trip
The spring rolls, especially the pastrami and cheese
This was great information! We will definitely try the kids meals! What a deal!
One of the best deals in the parks! That kids salmon at Columbia Harbour House with green beans is my go to when I'm feeling a little tapped out on the sweets and fried stuff
@@DFBGuide Yummy 😋 Thanks!
Speaking of delicious things to eat, is there a foolproof strategy to booking the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package? My ADR window is opening up in a few months, so I’m studying up, and I’ve heard that reservation is incredibly difficult to get
It may not be fool-proof, but LOG ONTO the MDE app/Disney World website to make ADRs earlier than you think you need to! The WDW website says they release ADRs at “approximately 6AM” (EST), but they CAN go live even earlier than that! I’d say to hop online and be ready to go around 5:30-5:45AM. Worst case scenario, you’re raring to go as soon as the clock strikes 6!
Remember resort guests can make ADRs for the ENTIRE stay when their window first opens.
EVERY time we go to magic kingdom we rope drop Gastons Cinnamon rolls😂 We also LOVE the cheeseburger spring rolls too!!
bacon and chips is classic canadian, especially lays potato chips!
I love the tropical serenade ❤❤❤ and as some one who does have a slight allergy to pineapple ( yes I will risk my allergy for dole whip idc😅) the pog juice is passion fruit orange and guava!❤❤
We’ve always known POG to be Passion Fruit, so it just boggles us that it’s listed as “pineapple” on the Aloha Isle menu?? But THANK YOU for that insight!
This snack isn't in magical kingdom, but the popart in Holly Wood studios is my personal favorite! 😋
The Cheshire Cat Tails are delicious!
i remember when it was under $5 for snacks
Are all these covered as snack credits with the dinning plan?
Are Florida prices relative to California pricing?
I can definitely understand now why my parents were glad neither me or my brother were that into Disney 😅 these prices are still obscene
The last time we got the Grey stuff cupcake, it wasn't filled like the first one. Hopefully, it's stuffed again.
Okay maybe this is a hot take but the cream cheese pretzel is just bad. The cream cheese filling is fine and the inside of the pretzel is soft and (slightly, maybe, sometimes) warm, but the outside of the pretzel is cardboard. It’s the kind of dry that makes your tongue stick to it. It’s not salted or buttered or flavored in any way. It’s BAD. It was the number one most disappointing thing (not just food) from my most recent WDW trip. I ate about four bites and then threw it away.
the coffee flote yum
SO YUM!
Every snack should be under $10…well under $10!
Cheeseburger spring rolls are without a doubt the best snack on property
the sweet and spicy waffle sandwich is one of my family’s favorites, but we have seen other people take pictures and the slaw doesn’t look right 😅 the one you showed is the right one, at least to us. Have you guys ever had that issue?
🎉I love it🎉
Tropical serenade every time.
Get hushpuppies and bring them to Pinocchios place to get tomato soup!!! ❤❤
Ooh - now THAT sounds yummy!
I just heard earlier this week that they changed the pineapple upside down cake, and it’s not nearly as good. Can you confirm? I will be heartbroken, if so! That’s my favorite treat!
YUMMY!!....Yikes! There Goes My Jenny Craig For The Month! 🤣💖
Totally agree that kids meals are great portion wise, but I really don’t consider them a snack. It’s totally a meal, albeit smaller, that allows you room for snacks later!
Btw if you use sweet tea is called muddy water. Arnold palmer uses unsweet tea
Learned something new - thx
I didn’t know you could ask for things without those nasty chips!!! Nice!
Disney needs to pay you
Coming from the UK I can't think of the last time I saw a doughnut that big. Is this a conmen thing in the US?
Maybe not * common * everywhere, but at Joffrey’s it sure is!
Is there any healthy food at disney?
There's everything to eat at Disney, believe me. Just tell them what you want. If you have allergies, tell them that too.
Absolutely. Anything not fried at Columbia Harbor House. Salads. Some of the items at Skippers Canteen.
Would highly recommend Garden Grill at EPCOT--uses vegetables grown in the same building's massive greenhouses.
Healthyish yeah? Like they have options at Satuli's Canteen, Skippers, and some of the festival eats but most of it will still be pretty high in sodium
Absolutely! This particular video is just about cheap snacks in Magic Kingdom. There are other options in this park as well as in the 3 other parks, the multiple resort eateries, and Disney Springs.
So, ice tea =/= iceD tea?
Fascinating.
Why can't they have good snacks under $5? People are broke in this messed up economy.
I remember when this video was 5 dollars and under
Disney stock is plummeting….they are going to have to make some changes if they want the average customer to come back. Only die hard Disney fans are going anymore. The rest of us just can’t afford it and don’t care to spend this kind of money on a “vacation” that has you spending Your entire trip fighting with other people over lines.
And they WILL. Positive changes are going to happen at Disney, and I'm going to make sure they happen once I get a job there. You'll be going back to Disney once I've changed things there for the better. Prices will be more affordable, and middle-class families will be able to enjoy Disney vacations again.
@@annien.1727 are you CEO? Because if you’re not in management or on the board, nothing will change
@@BroCo87 I may not be CEO or a board member, but I want to change Disney for the better, so that everyone can enjoy Disney without any problems.
There is a saying, "Where there's a will, there's a way". And I will find a way to change Disney for the better, even if I'm not CEO, management or a board member.
I think spring rolls are gross and way over priced
Why do all these DFB videos have to be over 30+ minutes when they could be under 10.
It's great info but goodness gracious get to the point.
I personally like the longer, detailed videos.
@@HostileTakeover555same here!
The cost of food has gotten so out hand at Disney it is unreal. We we recently there and witnessed a family of six splitting one meal, seriously.
