i love DS! It is always our first day when we arrive. So many good places to eat. The World of Disney is a must see. There is always something new to see. It also has a guest services that can solve a multitude of problems. We've been staying at the Drury and it's so close.
My husband LOVES Beverly. It is the only soda he will drink. While Club Cool was closed, he would get a large Beverly at the Coke store every time we would come down to Disney.
My son bravely chugging Beverly (my family all hated the taste if it) and his hilarious faces afterwards is one of my favourite Disney experiences! So funny and memorable. It is legend in our family.
Another thing I LOVE to do in Disney springs that wasn’t mentioned is making my own friendship bracelets at the Little Words Project booth! I have a billion of them but my grandma and I had a great time making them our last trip! Absolutely love this video and can’t wait to do more of this on my next trip!
As a Canadian that has tried the poutine at Daily Poutine, its misses the mark by just a bit. The fries were exactly how you would expect them for poutine good size, the cheese curds also squeaked! But where it fails is the gravy, I can't really tell why it just tasted just a bit off. It was close but maybe its that we mostly use chicken gravy over beef gravy? Maybe it wasn't the kind that hasn't been cooking all day? It was thin gravy so that may have been it. Its more close but no cigar kind of vibe. I appreciate the name change lol
I am seriously discontented with Disney and I'm leaning towards Universal for my next Florida holiday, so why am still coming to DFB Guide? CURSE YOU AJ! You're too nice and addictive. 😍
I've been watching AJ for years. I'm hoping to save for a trip to Universal. But DFBGuide is entertaining, and AJ's voice is soothing. I love these videos so much!
Her voice and the calm nature of the DFB is my cure when I am freaking out and starting to panic. I do actually watch and pay attention to the new videos. But sometimes when freaking out and trying to power through work i queue up a random line up and play them in the background. I am weird. 😂
25:41 if you all do a brunch video, I am begging for a coffee review, joffrey's never seems very good and starbucks is kinda boring in the parks. Show us how to coffee at WDW?!
I’m a big Joffrey’s fan, BUT if you’re looking for a DIFFERENT coffee option in Disney Springs, you may wanna look into the coffees over at Ghirardelli, Everglazed, Gideon’s, and Raglan Road!
9:10 reservations: * many of the restaurants also have phone numbers you can call to make a reservation, and they will have reservations that aren't even on openTable * same day will almost always have last-minute openings that may or may not make either my disney experience or openTable.
UPDATE: just did this: * Jaleo had no reservations showing in OpenTable for the Dreams That Soar tasting experience. I called, and booked for the same night (and it completely changed my mind about Jaleo: the food was amazing, and the seats/show on the patio were fantastic) * Walked up to Homecomin' on a Sunday for brunch, and was seated right away (no reservations in My Disney Experience)
My daughter and I did a whirlwind tour of Disney Springs places to eat and drink the Sunday we arrived at WDW. We loved Wine Bar George (George himself was there, bussing tables!), and Jock Lindsey's' - both had great service, food (and drinks) and ambience. Paddlefish was not inspiring, and Enzio's - well - we entered after going through the tunnel, and stood at the bar - no one came over at all - even though there were staff standing around, talking among themselves! We left without having anything at all. Raglan Road is fun, but loud, and though we liked a few things we tried at Jaleo, the vibe was not friendly and welcoming (disappointed because I really admire Chef Andreas). Last was T-Rex - Just like Rainforest Cafe but with dinos - bar was ok, but drinks are sweet and nothing special. Wine Bar George and Jock Lindsey's - we will be back!
You mention people who love Beverly, and I'm one of them. I fell in love with campari about 3ish years ago, so it only makes sense i love the strong herbal characteristics
I love this topic for the week. I’m going to Disney shortly with my husband and kids. I’m hoping to eventually purchase a cookie at Gideons when the line is not hours long. In the meantime I will enjoy the shopping and Art Smiths.
Ooh - try going FIRST thing in the morning (around 10AM). The lines for Gideon’s won’t be nearly as intense yet. The crowds here tend to pick up as the day goes on.
also, if you get into gideons between 2 and 3 or 7 and 8, you can get a gideons chocolate chip cookie - still warm - and a big freaking helping of ice cream in a pretty large bowl. we usually go to gideon's early, during our visit to the springs, get in the virtual queue, and then do our other springs stuff, while we wait. the advertised waits are USUALLY overestimates.
I am just getting to watching your video for Disney Springs. In your video you spoke about taking the Boat Transportation. I thought I heard somewhere that they temporarily shut down the Boat Transportations due to the water levels being too low to use them?
Love Disney Springs, me and my love went there so much lol, I was always discovering new places. Shout out to the place that serves chicken tikka pizza, it's the best!
I was so disappointed that Disneyworld and Disney Springs had no special, really cool exclusive toys! It was all just cheap figurines for way too much money!
Those lists get updated much closer to the start of the year and sometimes restaurants won’t get added until after the year starts (even though they may actually accept the DDP)
OK, Quebecer here The Faux-tine thing is bullsh** Poutine is already a word that means "throwing stuff together that don't seem like the go together" Canada made fun of Quebec for DECADES regarding Poutine, and now that the rest of the world has discovered its gloriousness, the ROC (Rest of Canada) is all going like " Oh yeah we love Poutine, the great CANADIAN DISH!!" Well, F**k that! Poutine is the great QUEBEC dish, and the ROC trying to gatekeep what a "Real" poutine is is infuriating! I’m excited for the new Disney cruise ships coming I hope they mix it up and create some beautiful rooms and not do the same thing they did to Disney treasure and made the same rooms look like Disney wish if I was Disney I would build some black panther wakanda forever themed rooms or some Spider-Man themed rooms as far as perks go they should add some chocolate covered strawberries 🍓 restaurants they should do a steakhouse like black angus or a Japanese restaurant like Benihana’s you know add some other things
I enjoy these videos, but as a European I’m always like: It’s only snacks and food and merch and really consumerism at its peak. And the parks and hotels itself are already so overpriced, so all I see in front of my inner eye are clueless, rich families who have nothing better to do than plan a very step of their visit in those (beautiful) parks 🤭
I am 70...when I was a little girl, I used to do SpinArt on the boardwalk at the Jersey Shore!! :)
Oh my goodness, how cool!
I'm totally happy when I take a vacation to Florida and just visit Disney Springs
Literally put me on the free Disney Springs riverboat to the Port Orleans resorts and I’ll be happy for the rest of the day.
My Mom and I like to do a weekend trip staying at Saratoga Springs and just doing springs and some resort hopping.
💯
i'm totally happy to stay at springs hotels on our trips (at least wyndham and hilton), for the same reason.

Omg Drury Plaza is SO CLOSE to Disney Springs you could throw a rock and hit it!
My husband LOVES Beverly. It is the only soda he will drink. While Club Cool was closed, he would get a large Beverly at the Coke store every time we would come down to Disney.
Oh that’s WILD! But I’m glad it’s there for him to order!!

With all the customizations mentioned I'm surprised you didn't bring up the make your own candles spot. It's one of my mom's favorites.
Awww yes! Those are so fun too! 🕯️
I love visiting Disney Springs. My favorite restaurants are there. I love the shops and the free parking.
We’re definitely on the same page there!
Please, please, PLEASE DO A BEST OF BRUNCH VIDEO! :D
Watching from Disneyworld! This video is perfect for our Rest Day tomorrow!
Ooh have fun! Are you gonna pick up any snacks?

Thank you for this! Going to add some of these to my list for my trip.
Open Table can still charge for no show fees. It’s restaurant specific so be sure to check with each restaurant for their cancellation policies!

Don’t worry - we’ve got Universal videos coming out, too!!!!!

I recently discovered Wondermade Marshmallows. Absolutely delightful.

Ohhhhh… that’s fair!
I love the Beverly soda at the coke store in Disney Springs. Meow meow 😻
BUT HOW. WHY.
Meow?
Aj! Can you make a video of which disney springs restaurants accept the dining plan?!
even if I was rich, I wouldn't spend MONEY LIKE DIS like so many do for DISNEY im sowwy; such beautiful atmosphere and architecture though! WOW

@@TexaSurvival ooh, the cake...and the peanut butter cold brew...
wow i’m so early this time!! love you aj & team ❤❤❤
Thanks for being here!!!
We love the photopass studio inside Sir Mickey's and the little one in Arendale! I didnt know about the one in Springs!
Does the photo pass studio work for AP holders that have photo pass on their AP?
Yes!
The happy hours list!! Now I need you to review and rank them all. 👀
Draw to Life is definitely a must see!
I start getting teary when I think about it again 😭
I’m sending this to my bestie who is in DISNEY RN!! Love the channel AJ keep it up!
Tell your bestie we say “hi!”

Team Beverly!
Once Upon a Toy and T-Rex are my favorites. I also miss Disney Quest.

love this !!
Does it cost to park at Disney springs?
Nope! It’s totally free!
and...check where you're going to go, because there are two garages and a surface lot. springs is large. plan parking accordingly.
Did you say $200 for CAKE DECORATING. That’s horrific
Love Disney Springs, me and my love went there so much lol, I was always discovering new places. Shout out to the place that serves chicken tikka pizza, it's the best!
EET is such a good addition!
Beverly tastes like tonic water 🤷♀️. It’s just not sweet like other sodas.
a shop delicated to left handed people? SIGN ME UP SCOTTY!
🤣🤣🤣
Can you use Disney gift cards at Disney Springs?
Disney Springs Is My Favorite Place To Go To DFBGuide
Are you expected to carry a decorated cake back to your hotel room? It would be very difficult I think.
I was so disappointed that Disneyworld and Disney Springs had no special, really cool exclusive toys! It was all just cheap figurines for way too much money!
I heard the boats to the resorts isn't running - lake level too low
this happens sometimes when there hasn't been as much rain in the area, it usually only lasts a few days at a time though
We got at the beginning and end in Disney Springs! More if we have time!
That’s usually how I do it, too. Bookending the trip!
11:22 feel like the repairs should be free
Was it called Downtown Disney?
It used to be! They switched it to “Disney Springs” back in 2015.
The stuff at the Daily Poutine clearly IS authentic...the cheese curds give it away.
Authentic or not, if it’s got cheese…. I’m down to give it a try 😂
Can I make the cake and eat it, too? 😂
Raglan Road is the best, I tell everyone to go. And hanger bar.
Agreed on RR, especially for breakfast!
I'm Spanish and the moment I saw the paella I froze... But it actually doesn't look that bad, I've seen worse. Is it worth a try?
Thanks for the news . Was helpful. Meow meow 😻 ❤❤❤❤
Is this up to date?
Yes, I am one of the people who enjoy Beverly, though I dont really think I want a 20oz drink

Save the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyers Island at Magic Kingdom Florida!!!!
Josh from Resort TV 1 likes Beverly.... I don't know how he does it. lol
The balloon is helium filled not a hot air balloon
Hallie Port
I'm the guy. I love Beverly and I have paid to by it from the Coca-Cola store. It's like tonight water, and I drink that over ice all the time.
Different strokes for different folks!
AJ! Riverdance is the show…. It’s called Irish Dancing
Clogging
Everyone in the US that is over 25, typically knows that type of dancing because of the Riverdance commercials. So it is known as Riverdancing..
