In the spirit of the season this week we're talking about how to stay grounded and centered during the holidays!
Let's be real, regardless of what you celebrate the holidays can get pretty hectic.
In between buying gifts, throwing parties, preparing food, finals and family time it's easy to get stressed.

I'm SO stressed about Christmas (I have a bad habit of putting too much pressure on it). I've been doing a little better lately, just telling myself that there is nothing I can do about what is going to happen, or about the people who will be there..just lettin' it be. AND that the worst part will only last a portion of the day! There WILL be a better part! Wow that was long -- anyway! I'm so glad I saw this video before christmas, listening to what you have to say always helps me deal with whatever I have going on :)

What does it mean to be centered?
Hey Martin, I have a question. I like a girl at my school and we have hung out a few times these holidays and she invited me to come along with her girl friends for new years eve. I was the only boy invited and she multiple boys who are her friends. Would this mean she likes me, seeing that I was the only boy invited?
