As if meter management with HC is hard. Please. Asuka yeah…but naw. You get bullets like candy. Got the goopy throw & super gives bullets back. It’s a joke.
these reviews are entertaining and fun! I would love to see more uploaded here just to round out your UA-cam uploads without having to make dedicated videos
These answers are probably something that are not so obvious at first but once someone explains them to you all of a sudden you feel stupid for not coming up with them sooner. It's because they sound so simple. I'd be lying if I said I answered most of them correctly.
@@ThePoodle hello. and yes I do agree. though I will actually make the concession that apparently baikin is down where zotto is so I would say bottom two actually
@@UltraXena yo what's up man I hope you liked my posts. I still use those combos I figured out for the different dandy follow-ups. they are really useful and even at the top level people have very much worser combos that don't even reach the wall and break it
Reversal DP/super? Going into training and practice the timing. Remember that the input itself doesn't have to be super fast, take your time while you're knocked down to put in the input properly, so it's "buffered", and the just press the button as soon as your character is actionable. You can set this up in the training room by recording a character doing 2D, and then do a meaty attack as soon as your character gets up. Then play that recording, and practice the dp/reversal so that you're not getting hit/Counter hit
the discussion around the pilebunker at 6:00 isn't really taking into account that chaos represents mash on the last dandy step. also i think it's better to look for a meterless conversion so chaos can't burst away the 50 meter after taking a bit of damage. i think it did result in slayer being in a losing position, but that happens when your opponent is right.
yeah, Slayer would respect their opponent when they see their opponent can react to master hammer or high/low. That's when they will abusing pilebunker, and he even had meter to deal with the RPS.
@@zhenyaloginov dandy has 17 start up. It would be total 30f. In general, it is enough to react tho. The problem is the 17+5 frame pilebunker, which makes it RPS

I think people have to understand that Hotashi is like the Gordon Ramsay of Guilty Gear.
Watched the video, very good, very informative. The very next match I got bursted into corner...
holy shit mom i'm on tv
i raided hotashi RIGHT at the start of it it was very fun to watch live
Masters hammer is plus on wiff for most characters backdash because it only has 16 frames of recovery, so its not a terrible idea 37:50
